Ups:- ok room- shower pressure good, desperate from the toiletDowns:- no staff in the building, over the night by yourself, no safety at all- neglected swimming pool, yellow with dark leafs at the bottom , 2nd swimming pool drained- no standards , trash at the staircase over two days , noone cares to clean it- reception, welcome vibe looks like post apocalypse house, broken table tennis with dusty tools, food, money and everything you can imagineOverall, places with the potential, but during the low season should be closed. We booked for two nighest, paid for these nights and stay only for one, not worthy of our time. We also spent two months in Thailand and this one was by far the poorest.

Loved my stay here, had a deluxe double room with kingsize bed. Spacious room, small fridge safe available. Quite a big terrace with view on the street. Hotel has two pools: one on the rooftop and one for the bungalows, only used the rooftop one which was I had to myself most of the time. They provide you with two bottles of water every day and the breakfast is really good as well. Had bread, fresh fruit, pancakes and they make eggs how you want them. 7/11 just around the corner, beach not even 5min walking, saladan pier and night market 20min walking. I loved my stay here!Update:I came back for a second stay because I loved my first stay so much. The first time I had booked through agoda and everything went fine. The second time I booked with the hotel directly, which you think would be a win-win for both but they tried to charge me a higher price than what I paid through agoda. Eventually I did get a discount (though still more expensive than Agoda) and agreed it would be for the same kind of room that I had before. To my surprise when I arrived, they gave me a cheaper and smaller room than what I had paid for. After discussing it with them, I did get the kingsize room eventually but I noticed a safe was missing and the balcony door was broken. They fixed it the next day and also brought a safe but I don't quite like the idea that they were trying to rip me off and that the service provided is worse than when you booked through a 3rd party.The pool could really use some cleaning and all the sunbeds are broken so need to be replaced.

By mistake, I had to find a new hotel and I came across this hotel by chance and I think I had the best nights of my stay!Very spacious room, direct view of the swimming pool, everything was very clean, well located close to the great place "Klong Dao beach", breakfast buffet... nothing to say, I recommend!!

Just fantastic. Nice spacious clean room, great aircon, Lovely balcony. Fridge in room, free water bottles every day, and staff will clean any day you want and they clean really well. Staff always friendly and helpful. This hotel is 2 min walk from 7-11 and there are great restaurants nearby within 5 mins walk. Beach is 5 mins walk away too. highly recommend, will definitely stay here again if we ever return to koh lanta.

We stayed 10 nights as a family with 2 children, everything was great.Air conditioning that knows how to leak, problem solved during the day, clean room on request very well done, the swimming pools are clean..The beach is 300m away, with superb sunsets, clean and calm.We loved our stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

We liked the hotel because it was very decent for €13 (including breakfast). The price-performance ratio was therefore very good. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach and only 20 minutes from the port. Only the breakfast was a bit poor.

Amazing! 10/10! This place is amazing and not because you get more for what you pay (the rooms are clean and cozy and big, it’s in a great location, the breakfast is great and it is about 5 minutes from the beach and 1 min from 7/11). It’s the staff that makes all the difference- they are absolutely above expectations! They are the most caring and lovely and friendly people I ever met in Thailand. I ended staying here for more than I planned (7 days). Definitely I highly recommend about this place!

My wife and I come to Koh Lanta for several weeks on vacation. This year we were looking for accommodation with a pool to intensify my swimming training. That's how we came across this hotel.Staff:Very accommodating and familiar. We felt very warmly welcomed when we booked the accommodation. My wife (Thai) was addressed respectfully by name when we moved in. The cleaning team and the “caretaker” also carry out their work with great caution so as not to disturb the guests.Accommodation:The large bungalow near the pool is clean, has a sun terrace at the entrance, a small kitchen and a wonderful small bathroom with a shower (warm water). The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people.Pool:It has a baby pool and a 20 meter long pool that is great for swimming. The pool is cleaned daily by the caretaker with an underwater vacuum cleaner. The quality of the water seems good, at least there is no strong smell of chlorine, which can be an indication of good water quality.Location:Within a radius of 300 meters, holiday guests will find the following:- Klon Dao Beach, 3 kilometers long, gently sloping, shallow sea. Perfect for small children too. Also perfect for joggers as the sand is hard along the entire length of the beach near the water.- A 7eleven that is open 24 hours- Several motorcycle rental stations- Several taxi service points with moderate prices- Many restaurants with a wide range of offerings (Thai Food and Western Food)- About 1.5 kilometers away is the cute town of Ban Saladan, which is ideal for shopping or has many food stalls on the “walk in street” in high season- In the evening, guests will also find several restaurants on the beach with barbecue, fire shows and live musicConclusion:For older holiday guests or families, this hotel is simply paradise due to the warmth, the entertainment options and the central location.We will be back!

Affordable accommodation with a rooftop pool. 5 Min walk to the beach. Most comfortable beds I had in holiday in a long time. Rooms was clean . Resident cat is very welcoming. Some excersize equipment if you want to do gym things.
