Do not let the photos and rating fool you. My photos are real and recent showing the true condition of this horribly run down and disgusting resort. Location isn't close to anything worth while except maybe the night market. Staff was grumpy and didn't seem to care.No tv, no working ac, no hot water, black mold in bathroom, no safe, everything throughout falling apart or broken, elevator doesnt work. We stayed one night and swallowed the cost of the 3 other nights we booked and went to a newer much nicer resort. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.In all honesty this resort should be demolished and a new one built. I can't see any amount of money saving the condition its in.We've stayed in 3 other resorts in Krabi that were all fantastic and rated accurately. This one should be rated a 2.4 not 8.4

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Located on the edge of Ao Nang the area is quiet and peaceful but still not too far from shops and restaurants. There is an awesome night market nearby. The hotel is a mess. …

On the plus side there is a beautiful view from the balcony.Cons: the hotel itself is quite old, there is rust in the bathroom, the water in the shower is barely warm, and the air conditioner was constantly breaking down. In addition, washed towels and bed sheets.No elevator. Sounds of repairs during the day.There are disco machines in front of the hotel.This is completely unbearable, the sound and vibration could be heard in the room until 23:00. But this is not the hotel’s fault and all this could have been survived if not for the attitude of the staff. This is the most unfriendly staff of all the hotels in Thailand where I have lived.I stayed there for several weeks, and on my birthday I accidentally locked the keys in the room. The staff not only did not congratulate me, they rather rudely demanded that I immediately pay for a new key.I suggested doing this in the morning because I was tired after the beach and I had a work call. But the staff was rather unceremonious. Like I'm a criminal who can't be trusted, and not their guest for three weeks.In short, if you like so-so service and bad attitude, the hotel is suitable.I give it 2 only for the view from the window. This is the main building, very beautiful.

Very peaceful and relaxing place. The property is very beautiful with a huge swimming pool. Krabi Nature Luxury Beach Resort is one the Best hotels in Krabi. We were group of friends and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The food was very authentic. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The property neat and clean. Krabi is very beautiful. We will surely visit this pool view hotel in Krabi.
