I will not recommend this hotel to you especially female.the hotel staff open the door by using their access card without knocking. This is very rude, impolite and poor hotel service.And the staff said so called “” Sorry” without being sorry for their rudeness. Even the hotel manager.What if while you are taking shower and the hotel staff just open your room door by using their full access door card?

The hotel, by God, is extremely inconvenient. It is full of noise and it is forbidden to star in it. You can hear people walking and the voices of workers at 7 in the morning, and you can hear the isolation next to you in the second room. There is no advice for anyone to lose themselves in it.

The room I booked specifically for my family was not available upon check in. This should have been notified beforehand to me via email or some other kind of communication. Instead they offered a standard room “at a discounted rate” which still came out to the same price that I booked the original room for. The ONLY reason we booked this hotel was so our family could stay together. We would have stayed somewhere else had we been given a notice. Over all, nice pool and clean room. But furniture seems cheap. “King bed” is just two smaller thin cots placed together. We do not recommend nor would stay here again.

Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Aircon was good, however wifi kept disconnecting.Service was good, they do try their best although they forgot to give me slippers. They did come to our room everyday although we did not put the “ make up room” sign. They made the bed and left water but didn’t do any cleaning..Location is decent, near to massage & simon cabaret. driving to patong area is close by but very jammed. beach is about a 15min walk.Breakfast was just eggs, cereal, coffee & tea. Save ur stomach for something else!

The level of cleanliness is very bad.. the inconvenience.. the cleaning staff are annoying.. but again I say the cleanliness is the worst thing.

The hotel has a good location. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is fixed. The towels in the bathrooms are not clean. The mattresses are sometimes unclean. Thank you.

The hotel is good for its price, the beach is 15 minutes away by walking, the rooms are nice, the door mechanism I didn’t like, but other than that everything is good, the breakfast was basic but good.
