The room is narrow, next to the swimming pool, noisy, difficult parking, old TV, poor internet.

The room is considered to have all the appliances, a flat screen TV, cool air conditioning, a bathroom with sufficient water pressure, a mattress that you can sleep on, clean, and a swimming pool. The price of 500 baht is considered very good value. The location may be some distance from the shops, so you have to drive out to find something to eat. The accommodation has a noodle shop selling noodles. Overall, it is considered worthwhile. There are only 3 parking spaces in the resort, but in front there is a parking lot where you can park.

Stayed here for 2 nights, room was ok, bed was comfortable.There is only one large towel, but if compared to the service received We were greeted very warmly by the owner.There were recommendations for various tourist attractions and restaurants. I printed them out on paper and tried to explain the information. I was very impressed.The hotel has a swimming pool but we didn't use it.

Lovely small guest house on the outskirts of Chumphon.We stayed 2 nights and were impressed by how friendly the owner was, he had great suggestions on what sights to visit in Chumphon and afterwards on our drive south to Surat Thani. He gave us a printouts with suggested itinerary, descriptions and a map.The rooms are spacious and clean (but the inside of fridge could use a cleanup) the bed was comfortable, however note that the mattress is on a raised concrete platform that is coated with somewhat slick paint. Be careful not to slip when getting in and out of the bed.The AC is very quiet and cold, the shower has good waterflow and nice hot water. One small area of improvement: the refrigerator turns off when removing the room key, we like when hotels have constant power on their fridge, even when the key is removed.The location is a bit outside of town, and therefore it's very quiet at night. Having your own transport is highly recommended.I will certainly stay here again when passing through Chumphon.

Quiet, suitable for relaxing, spacious room, close to the city, air conditioning, TV works well, there is a vending machine for drinks. The owner lives in the front area. The bathroom separates wet and dry areas, has a seat for showering, and elderly people can use the bathroom safely.

The rooms are clean, look luxurious at an affordable price, soft beds, clean bathrooms, good atmosphere, quiet. There are snacks for sale inside. The lights at the swimming pool at night are very beautiful. There are tables to sit at by the pool. First time staying Quite impressed with the accommodation. It may only be a problem with parking. There is enough room, but parking may be a little difficult for pickup trucks. Everything else is good. Most importantly, it's close to Khanom Jeen at Grandma's house. Recommend to try and stay. and stop by to eat Chinese noodles
