The property was amazing including host and manager. Manager Ching was so helpful and trust me you should consider her suggestions seriously because she knows better karabi.

Beautiful view, looking from the room you can see the sea.Quiet, very private, but the beach is beautiful when the sea comes up.I like it. It's worth it. The price may be a little high.

We had an amazing stay at Amatapura Villas.- The staff is excellent, especially Sara. They helped us book transport, day trips, order food and kept the house clean and tidy when we were away.- Location is a plus too - quiet and by the beach. It's 15 min by car or tuk tuk to the main area.- The property is spacious, clean and it has everything you'd need.We'll definitely come back!

They offer airport pick up and songtiao( truck shuttle) for us. The rooms are good enough, all cooking equipments, swimming pool and washing machine. The manger Khun Ching is kind and really helpful. We also ask two mates for our BBQ party.The price for one family is like 6600baht a day.

Amatapura Villa**Location Located by the sea Located approximately 14 kilometers from the city, it takes 20-25 minutes to travel by private car.**Surrounding area There are many seaside houses next to each other.**The house is two-story, spacious, able to accommodate approximately 10-12 people per house.**Amenities include a sofa, refrigerator, cooking space, grill, cups, plates, glasses, and more. Stay in your own home, everything is provided, suitable for coming together as a group of friends to socialize.**Rooms and beds are of medium quality.**Bedroom interior decoration Ordinary but not bad**Privacy outside the house is quite minimal. If there are guests staying next to each other, behind the house, there is an open swimming pool. You can walk to each other, making loud noises difficult.**If there are no guests Staying in the house next to each other will have a perfect sea view.

The entire complex of villas is kept in excellent condition. Clean pool, well-groomed lawn, working plumbing. I was very pleased with the working gas grill. We cooked every evening.But the beach is not so great. A narrow strip of sand. At low tide it is so shallow that swimming is impossible.In May there were only us, the rest of the villas were empty.It should be noted that we had a tuk-tuk with a driver at our disposal, who took the whole group shopping for 200 baht. Very pleased.

Private luxury villas with pool and beach access. Room service food is a bit slow and nothing extraordinary, standard prices with not much surplus. Could be better considering the type of accommodation and the price.
