Very bad. The hotel is closed and has not yet opened due to Covid. But you can still make reservations in the booking app.

The shop has been closed for a long time but I still reserved through Agoda and have already collected the money. Currently still open You can just make a reservation and keep the money. Very deceptive.

The hotel is in a relatively reasonable location and very close to the beach strip: Aonang beach, the hotel itself looks a little outdated and not well maintained, the cleanliness is reasonable and the service is average or below. We stayed at the hotel for about 4 nights in the busy season and we did not feel crowded, unfortunately the breakfast at the hotel is below all criticism, poor and shames the one who runs this hotel. I paid a lot for the stay and I was very disappointed. Although the rooms are spacious and pleasant and very nice even for three in the same unit. The internet reception is bad and disconnects all the time, the drain in our shower was clogged and we talked to the reception and it helped like a toast to the dead. The hotel itself is really small, the pool is not air-conditioned and exhausts those who arrive as a guest in the heat, as an addition the swimming pool is suitable for children in terms of its size, a real shame.

The hotel is located close to the sea and the shopping street. At the night market. The room was large, clean and spacious.The downside is the smell of sewage on the entire street leading to the hotel and the same smell in the bathroom. Despite ventilation and a fan, it was impossible to get rid of it. We had a room on the 5th floor, poor water pressure. The swimming pool is more like a bathtub placed in the hall, because there is no other way to describe it. Very good breakfast for 200 bth per person in the form of a buffet.

Worst experience ever I booked this hotel through agoda and they said that rooms are not available and they force me to check out and when I come back in the evening to take my bike they said tht my room is ready and they say if you book from agoda they have issues please be wise
