Place was spacious however due to lack of tourist the villa landscaping was very over grown. The bathroom design was very small and shower water splashed all over toliet and floor. No toilet paper holder and no where in shower to put ur shampoo bottles and soap bad design. Kitchen was not well equipped and the sink and faucet was a very cheap and the was loose and and did not turn correctly. Also shower head unit was lose and would not stay on out correctly. TV was tiny and cable did not work half the time. Rooms are dark not much light gets into villa due to big trees. The rooms had a little mildew smell and mostly from wood furnishing not being cleaned well overtime. I can't imagine tourist paying top dollar for this 2 bedroom unit pre covid. I think like 1K to 1,500 baht per night. Couch was tiny. I would not stay here again even though I was comfortable and overall place was nice. Good AC and good location close to Ao Nang Beach and Makro supermarket.
