I think it's a typical Vietnamese hotel. If you don't like foreign smells, then another hotel is better.

Used in Hanoi for the first time in October 2023. I took a taxi from the airport, but when I arrived, I couldn't make sense of the surrounding environment and was confused as to where the entrance to the hotel was. However, my expectations were exceeded in a good way, and the pho I had for breakfast every day was delicious, I ate as much dragon fruit as I wanted, and even the bananas were delicious, so I was very satisfied. There aren't many varieties compared to the hotel buffet, but I don't eat much in the morning and it's more than enough. What if I get home a little late at night and miss dinner? The staff kindly took the food I wanted to my room by Uber.Thank you so much. And good value. The location is quiet and if you use the taxi app,No stress when going anywhere or returning home.I later realized that it was much more relaxing than in the crowded streets. Anyway, I think it's a good hotel with a good value and a hidden gem. Thank you for your help again.

I used it on a tour. |Although the hotel feels a little old, you can enjoy delicious Pho for breakfast. Also, the guy at the front desk wearing glasses speaks broken Japanese, but he is very nice and helpful. …

This was the hotel specified on HIS's cheapest tour. The person at the front desk was kind, but there were a lot of things that were not good (lol)✅It's far from the old town. Hoan Kiem Lake is about 5km away, so getting around is a hassle.✅There is no hot water. It takes a long time to take a bath because the hot water will not be restored until you wait about 30 minutes after one person uses the hot water.✅The air conditioner won't turn on and the electricity won't turn on. I told the front desk and they fixed it, but it was a pain lol✅The refrigerator door was open and water was dripping on the floor. I told the front desk, but please wipe it! That's the end of it lol It's funny to say but I was like, oh hey✅Convenience store is a little far awayThat's what it felt like! Hope it helps 🙂

I used it for my trip to Hanoi departing in March 2024.It's in good condition, but I can't help but think that the battery for the number lock in the safe for valuables is dead, the battery for the air conditioner controller is dead, and the battery for the TV remote control is dead. Some rooms are equipped with safes and others are not. You're lucky if you can use it normally. The building design is clearly different from Japan, and since all hotels are in areas where there are no earthquakes, the structure is not earthquake resistant. This hotel had a Mitsubishi elevator, so I was able to use it without any worries. The front desk staff can only speak English and Vietnamese. He was a kind person. You can eat breakfast. Fruits at this time of year include watermelon, dragon fruit, and bananas, as well as bread, Vietnamese coffee, tea, and milk, as well as chicken pho (pictured), bun cha, two vegetable dishes, Vietnamese rice porridge, and fried rice. there was. You can eat freely in buffet style. The pho is as delicious as the famous restaurants. There is no need to wear a mask inside the hotel or in the dining room. However, due to atmospheric conditions (car exhaust gas, dust, etc.), if you are not confident in your respiratory system, it may be a good idea to keep a mask handy.Considering the Vietnamese quality above, I give it a perfect score.

This is a completely different hotel from Sunny Hotel 3, where Japanese people stay on tours. Make sure you don't get lost here!

The hot water in the rooms is good and the rooms are generally comfortable. Even if it's far away, it's a short taxi ride away and it's quiet. However, the buffet breakfastIt's almost empty after 7 o'clock, so I recommend going at 6 o'clock.

It's bright during the day, but in the evening it's a little dark with just the indoor lights. I also left the broken lamp behind.I couldn't use the security box, probably because the person in front of me had left it there by mistake.Amenities included toothbrushes, combs, body wash, shampoo, cotton swabs, and soap. They provide two free bottles of drinking water each day.Ventilation is poor, so when I use the bath, moisture accumulates in the ventilation fan and water drops fall. These water droplets continue until the morning, making my head and body wet while using the toilet and making me feel uncomfortable 👎 (Maybe it depends on the room)It's far from tourist spots, so it's recommended for people who don't want to meet tourists. There are many cafes and they are empty, so I think you can enjoy Vietnam relatively safely. If you grab it, you can easily go to sightseeing spots. We also had breakfast at the hotel. The pho was light but delicious.Fruits and desserts may have a taste that suits your taste. There were one or two types of bread. There are about 3 types of drinks including coffee.Overall, the number of items was small.
