Please never book this hotel as this is closed..we booked this hotel by agoda and when we went there the hotel was closed and nobody was there..

This hotel is located right there where the Krabi weekend night market takes place, just behind the stage.It's a nice property. The rooms are clean. But I liked their lobby and reception area the most. It is a mix of art and architecture. I spent 3 days there in 2018 and had a great time.

Do not book with this hotel. They are closed due to covid (august '20) but they stay on agoda and allow bookings so that they can keep the money. It's a complete scam. They won't cancel your reservation so that you automatically get a refund from agoda; instead they tell you oops you're on your own and you have to fight with agoda to get your refund. Go someplace else!

The Hotels downgrade my room without notice due to they can sell it higher to another customer and offer me a lower room as they complaint that I have book from Agoda and it is much cheaper, this is very bad experiences.The room was downgraded without prior notice. Even though the reservation was made and the payment was made through Agoda, the hotel informed that The room was released to another customer due to a misunderstanding. and informed to stay in a cheaper room no window or stay at a nearby accommodation instead which was not as reserved at all But after calling Agoda, the staff informed that because the room booked from Agoda was very cheap, cheaper than the hotel's cheapest room. I don't know if the room was released for this reason or not. But doing this is still not right. We had to drag our bags to find a new hotel ourselves. In the evening, hotels are hard to find. It was a very bad experience.

Really bad customer service! We booked 2 nights here but when we arrived at 11 pm they told us there was a problem with the room , when we returned the next morning like they told us the room still wasn't ready so we just stayed at the neighbours.

Was a lot nicer than I expected it to be! Room tidy and clean, breakfast minimal but happy with what we for for the price we paid. Had twin room, check in easy, good air conditioning. Would definately stay again

We stayed in three different places in Krabi. Siri Krabi hostel was our last place we stayed at. It is 24hrs open and the staffs were friendly and approachable. They offered cheap price for taxi to the airport and they were very helpful answering any question we asked.

Very disappointed with Siri krabi hotel . We pay the reception to post our postcard but it has been more than 1 month we did not receive our postcard. The hotel receptionist is not being honest. Overall experience is bad
