Perfect stay because the establishment is far from the Khophiphian tumult. Lovely and responsive staff, spotless room (cleaned daily and towels changed every day). We had the royal with a dream view of the bay. Ideal for a family.

Room was lovely and modern. The service was excellent up until we got sold ferry tickets for a company which do not operate in the low season (which the women who sold us them was aware of). This meant we had to buy new tickets when arriving at the pier. Luckily the ferry company sorted it for us but without them we would’ve lost money, be careful.

We stayed 3 nights in this place, it is true that you get a little away from the constant sound of phi phi but you are among the garbage, the last 300m before reaching the complex is a garbage dump and what surrounds the complex as well, the room is simple It has good air but the windows are fixed and overlook a mountain full of dirt so when you arrive you feel a little suffocated until you turn on the air.

The owner was the sweetiest 😍 you have the walk a bit from the port so not the most accessible BUT at least it's calm at night 😀 because close to the port they party a lot with music at night

Loved everything about it. Modern and large room, hot shower and a fridge in the room. Free tea and coffee in the mornings andwater refills. So many cute cats to play with which made it feel super homely. All staff were really friendly and genuine, we’ll miss staying here. Thank you all! 🩷(To any reviews complaining about noise from parties, you’re gonna get that anywhere you stay on Phi Phi so do your research and don’t penalise accommodation for something out of its control.)

Cute guesthouse with standard amenities. The room was clean but not very comfortable. Very dark. Not very soundproof so you hear the partying until 3-4am. Bed was comfortable. Tv wasn’t working at all. Fridge was nice to have! The bathroom was fine but needs renovating. At least there was hot water!The staff is kind and helpful. There’s free water as well.

I loved it. Everyone was very nice an courteous. Kitty guesthouse also organized some activities for me for a fair price.
It's pretty loud at night, but it's kho phi phi.
I could handle it easily with some ear plugs.

Recent establishment. Good location but noisy. Fairly small room with little light. Weird smell. The bed is not very comfortable. Sheets and water bottles provided. Facilities: TV, fridge, air conditioning, shower and WC. The lady at reception is not pleasant. 1000 Baths deposit upon arrival.

There was a very bad smell out of the bathroom; it of rotten fish.I stayed in the new building, which was still under construction, view from the balcony was just construction side and all day I heard the noise of construction, and all night, the noise from the beach parties. But during the day, it was much louder. I booked 3 nights and got a stomach virus on my second day evening and spent the last day in bed; it was so annoying and loud, all the hammering and drilling. The bed smell, when I already had a sensitive stomach, made it even worse.I sent them a message on how to get to the Guesthouse but never received an answer. I had a big luggage and had to carry it all the way up; the location is a 20-minute walk from the ferry. Then she wanted to put me into a room with another guest who arrived at the same time as me, although we told her it was a different booking, but she was nice, so OK. On the way back, I paid 100 Bhat to get the luggage by "taxi" down to the ferry pier.Bed was comfortable, the only good thing

kitty guesthouse is great,from the super friendly welcome from the owners and their beloved pets to the homely charm of what they carry through the building but also the other guests. kitty is a guesthouse which reading reviews I think people forget that when they write reviews, innit doesn't have a pool but it has the sea, which you come to phi phi for right? In addition the AC and WiFi were probably so far the best I've had after over a month visiting Thailand and Cambodia, on my last night wanted to just relax and play some video games as had an early start, and was the first time was able to play an online co-op games after a month. would also highly recommend the full day sunrise tour of Maya Bay they offer it really for just 30 people and it was an experience I will remember! had great chats with all the staff there even exploring their new venture kitty hilltop which will be booking for my next trip to phi phi! Thank you much again for your hospitality for someone who has alot of anxiety usually you really made me feel welcome whether it was chats in the morning or evening appreciated everything!was great to also see sustainability efforts being made and I actually embarrassed them, didn't use toilet paper for over a week and will be making these changes in my own life on my return as actually feel cleaner.I saw some reviews about the music from a bar quite a walk away.....yes there is a small hunt of music but some decent ear plugs and you are good, I'm not a party person and I slept perfectly from midnight most evenings.

The location is excellent, 10/15 minutes from the port and very close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The only flaw is the room, VERY VERY HUMID (when we returned home the clothes in the suitcase seemed almost wet, having obviously kept the suitcase open. The bathroom was also in very questionable conditions, the floor was always wet, water was leaking from a pipe. It almost disgusted me to enter it!! At the reception they are very kind, even the kittens are cute. Overall, I recommend for 1/2 nights, no more.

We had a great stay at Kitty Guesthouse. We had initially booked two nights but quickly added two more. The room was very clean and well maintained. The managers were adorable and took the time to advise us on our stay. We immediately felt at ease in this animal-loving establishment (adorable and cuddly cats).Information: in the comments concerning this establishment, in which we can read that there is noise, please note that you should find out about your destination and that the island of Koh Phi Phi is a party island, very friendly and in a good mood . So, indeed we can hear a little noise at night but it stops early and is only background noise that kieballs can attenuate. Do not blame the establishment for its atmosphere present on the island.In conclusion, we highly recommend this establishment and we will return there on our next visit to the island. See you soon !

We have been very comfortable in the hostel. Despite the distance, it has a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were simple but practical. The family that welcomed us was lovely and always helped us with everything. Very happy with our stay!

Price/performance ratioIt's a bit out of hand from the port, but nothing terrible (15 minutes approx.). There is no transport on the island, you can have your luggage taken on a trolley for a fee. The room was relatively clean and the noise from the beach was not heard.
