Dont do it , just a scam, nothing like on the pictures , just a construction site , dirty rooms and beds , i whas 5 min in the hotel and hurted myself after 10 min in the hotel we decided to go … !!! Please never book this hotel !!! Also very long walk from eveything

It’s a lovely little place that’s located a 5 min walk from the centre. You’ll have everything you need here: privacy, comfort and cleanliness. It’s not in the packed and loud center so that’s nice. Very welcoming staff. Place is clean, shower works well and the AC is strong.

Not a bad place, wouldn’t rush back to it. Small room but as is the case with the rest of the island. Desk wasn’t always staffed and didn’t get shorn facilities. Felt like I was out of the centre although it was only a 10 minute walk. Room wasn’t cleaned during stay.

For the price on this island, you shouldn't expect great luxury but it is enough for a night or two. At least you don't hear the music and party people all night given the location. 10 minutes walk to be in the center.

Amazing service in a quiet neighborhood where you can sleep comfortably.5 - 10 min walking distance from restaurants, bars and markets.The best service I have received in my life. We had to change rooms and they worked on a new room according to our health needs to accommodate us.Prefer it because of distances, cleanliness, quiet and service.

The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the pier and does not offer a luggage pick-up service.Hotel is in a quiet location, no music can be heard.From the hotel it's a 3-4 minute walk to the city.The rooms are pretty run down. The bed was so unstable. We thought it was about to break through. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, disgusting really. After the cleaning ladies were there it went on for 15-20 minutes, then became unbearable again.If it weren't for those two things it would be a super small, non-luxurious hotelFridge, air conditioning and a TV with Netflix etc. Available.The pool belongs to another hotel, it's enough for a quick refreshment, no shade possible.

Small hotel located 10 minutes walk from the port. This is information that you must take into account if your luggage is heavy, especially since the pedestrian road is under construction and the hotel is located on a high slope. The room, although completely lacking in privacy, its full bay window overlooking the street (it's still a problem...) was comfortable and perfectly maintained even if the bathroom could do with a little refreshing. The large bed was very comfortable. A pleasant fresh smell invades you the first time you enter the room which is cleaned perfectly on demand. Nothing to say on this point. The room is very quiet. Thank you to the hotel team, smiling and dedicated. Finally the swimming pool seems to belong to a neighboring resort, but no matter, 2 minutes after climbing a few steps, it is there, perched high up with a magnificent view. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (watch out for mosquitoes!).

If you are reading me because you don't know whether to choose this hotel, don't do it.First time coming to the Phi Phi Islands, I chose this hotel because the photos were perfect, it had a pool and it was close to the center but not close enough for there to be a lot of noise.That was the expectation.The rooms look like the ones in the photo, but the bed is as if it were made of iron, the shower head throws water everywhere except where it needs to throw, the toilet got stuck and water started coming out everywhere parts…Oh, and not to mention the pool, which in this hotel does not exist, it is another hotel's pool and to get there you have to have at least a climbing course.Also, one of the only hotels here that does not have a service to help you with your suitcases to get to the hotel.Honestly, it's a shame to have paid that price for this quality.And look, I live in Ibiza and everything is very expensive, but when you pay a little more, you at least hope that what you paid is worth it.:( Not recommended.

Clean hotel close to the center but quite far from the noise (I do not recommend choosing a hotel near the bars). Friendly staff and really cheap. Very good value for money.

Reasonably clean rooms with small surface area. Some run-down showers and the refrigerator was still piping hot when we arrived. The hotel is located a long walk from the center and from the ferry or speedboat. There is no luggage transport available, so you will sweat if you want to check out the hotel. Waited a long time for the rooms to be ready. Where the air conditioning worked well. Beds were clean. The hotel's swimming pool is located even higher on the mountain and is shared with other hotels. Expect at least 50 steps and a 5-minute walk up a mountain to the pool.

Very nice hotel. We changed hotel at 00:30 and they received us very kindly. Nice rooms and bed. Good AC, it stopped working one night but the guy fixed it very fast. Only a lot of (burning) holes in the bed sheets. But furthermore, it seemed to be clean. Also a fridge which is great! Also good service overall.

The rooms are not in a new condition but the people are trying hard to fix it, Corona's fault,but quiet location, I will go there again. Not a luxury hotel, you just have to sleep.
