Went to stay for 1 night. The bedroom smelled very bad and the bathroom smelled bad. The water heater didn't work. The room was dusty. I told the staff to give me a deodorizing spray but in the end the smell came back. Slept smelly all night. The employee spoke well but couldn't solve the problem. If the room is not ready, it should not be opened for service.

I've stayed here before (a friend recommended it). Personally, I don't like it because it's crowded and chaotic all day and night (because it's open for outsiders to come in and eat as well). Most of the staff are simple people. Some talk a lot, some are nice.😁 Recommended rooms. The front building is a new building. A little more money is better 😊

The view is good, I accept. But the service is very bad. Very bad. The employees look at them without respect to the customers at all. I've never encountered such bad service staff. I feel bad. I go from a good mood to a complete loss. I would like to have training in customer service for employees.

The place is good. But the service 🙄 The staff's demeanor is really overly expressive to the customer. No matter what the customer does, they look at it. Look really hard When customers do something, they talk to each other and laugh like bullies. Standing together as a group of customers I paid to stay. I didn't ask to stay for free. The management and behavior should really be more appropriate. I'm disappointed. At first I booked 2 nights. When I came in the morning and found this, I moved out immediately. #There's a lot but I don't want to say it anymore.

The accommodation location is very good. Ample parking, next to the sea, beautiful beach. Anyone who comes to relax in Nakhon will go to worship at Wat Chedi (Ai Khai). I recommend this hotel. Going in a little deep but it's worth it 👍

1. There is no trash can in the room. Must be thrown away in the bathroom trash can.2. The bathroom has very large cockroaches.3. The swimming pool, the water is so green, I don't dare to play in it.4. The room door doesn't look strong. Maybe it's like it can't be locked. I don't feel very safe.5. The rooms are not soundproof.6. Room Zone A, which can sleep 3 people, is very cramped and suffocating.7. Employees are not interested in guests. Most of them sat together in groups. (I don't know what to do.) Instead of waiting to see what the guests want.Feels like it's not worth the money spent :(

Stayed here for 2 nights for a friend's wedding.The closet was full of mold, the water only came out of the half-hole in the shower head, and the water was lukewarm. There was some toilet paper that looked like it had been eaten by insects, and when I ran out of toilet paper, I went to get a new one and was given kitchen paper. The water in the bathroom doesn't drain easily, and although there is shampoo and body soap, there are no hair dryers or toothbrushes. No changing of towels or cleaning of the room. The built-in pool is green and no one feels like entering it. There is no other benefit to staying there other than being right next to the sea.

Please allow me to give a truthful review. It's like you're not willing to serve at all. The room costs 1400 and doesn't even have tissues. When I went to ask for it, I still asked the other person for a 5 baht roll of tissue. If it wasn't raining, I could take it in the car. I asked for hot water and couldn't boil the instant noodles. At night it's like a power outage, very hot. The water from the refrigerator melted and flooded into the room. The water heater is broken. The bathroom door is difficult to close. There is no hair dryer, few electrical outlets.Advantages: beautiful atmosphere, breakfast, parking, and swimming pool.But I'd like to give it just one star. Because the heart of the hotel is service. Used to stay in a hotel for 500 per night. The service is still much better than this.

On the day we went, the overall accommodation was clean. But got an old building The room and various facilities within the room look dilapidated. The beach is calm, private, not many people, delicious food, convenient parking. Traveling is not difficult, the road is comfortable.
