We stayed in this small hotel for 11 days. It currently has 24 pool villas and rooms. The complex is beautiful, everything is well maintained. There is a pool with a small waterfall, which is generously sized for the number of rooms.The location is great, just a kilometer from the beach but still very quiet.Breakfast is really great, different dishes every day.The best thing, however, are the employees.Friendly, courteous and always helpful and solution-oriented.I can only recommend this hotel.

Two of us came with a friend for 4 days and 3 nights.- The staff is very kind, always ready to help whether at reception or at breakfast! (Special mention for Rainny who is very kind and advises us on the choices at the buffet, she introduced me to the Thai milk tea, a delight)- The environment is relaxing, we are surrounded by nature- The hotel is not far from the pedestrian street and therefore accessible on footSmall negative point: Just the laundromat a little expensive, knowing that there are cheaper laundromats in town! That didn't stop us from enjoying the stay 😁 We hope to come back!!

This is such a great hotel. It is very quiet and the entire setting is so comfortable. The highlight is their staffs and everyone is so nice and polite, always smiling. The receptionist girl is so sweet and kind, making me feel at home. The hotel dinning is surprisingly good and not expensive at all. As a matter of fact, the hotel price is comparable to the eateries on the street but with way better quality. We end up eating dinners all in the hotel. I know the location is a bit far from downtown but hotel has shuttle service and a bit of walk is not too bad. Overall the stay is fantastic and I will miss all the hospitality here.

this is wonderful place. in spite of far from main street, awsome view ( right after arrval, at last i knew why this villas called "cliff view") and very nice swimpool. but the best of this villas is smile of staffs. especially counter woman staff (not hijab) and every morning restaurant woman staff(wearing hijab) are the best! i am so sorry i dont know their name. i definitely recommend the scene cliff view villas. thanks for staying!

It's a great hotel.The service is great.There is a free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach.Complex on a human scale so swimming pool is never crowded.The food there is halal.Laundry service 80bats per kilo for washed/ironed.We eat very well there.And the view is magnificent.

The hotel itself is very nice and beautiful, the central pool and the fact that it is right under the rocks of the mountain impresses at first glance. The breakfast is also very good and the staff is very friendly. The amenities in the room are replenished every day, you ask for a towel and they bring it to you right away. The restaurant service is very correct as well as the price. Apparently a dream place and it really is, but there are small things that could be improved to make it a fantastic hotel and more in line with the price. There are a couple or three places to eat outside the hotel just a two minute walk away as well as a 7 eleven a 5 minute walk away. There is a shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach 5 times a day.Apart from the room and living room and the swimming pool, the hotel as such has nothing else. The rooms are good but you don't even have a table and two chairs to be able to sit and eat in the room if you want. You have little space in the wardrobe if you are staying for several days. A bit of nonsense but you don't quite understand, that they have extra-large beds and the sheet to cover up is not the size of the bed and they have to put two. The water in the shower comes out very weak and you have not just showered to your heart's content. You miss a TV in the bedroom. You take your clothes to wash and they charge you a few kilos per month of what you have taken. Dinner hours end at 8:00 p.m. It does not have any common space to do some activity on a rainy day for example. However, it is a beautiful, pleasant hotel with wonderful staff.

There is some inconvenience due to the location, but it is convenient because there is a shuttle, the room is spacious, and there is a microwave😍😍😍 The coffee pot is also clean, so you can use it with confidence. The view of the cliff behind the villa was crazy, and I thought my life would be a lucky one, swimming and eating breakfast while looking at it. Hahaha I used a 3-hour taxi tour and a private van transfer service to Phuket, but both were cheaper than Klook or only 2,000 to 3,000 won more expensive. Both vehicles were clean and well maintained, so I was very satisfied. Anyway, highly recommended!!

Nice hotel in beautiful location, pools are nice, hotel itself a bit away from beach but have free shuttle and pay 100 BAHT if outside of the set times, nice 20 minute walk otherwise breakfast was excellent my two kids liked the chocolate donuts, muffins and hot chocolate, good selection, staff are always helpful need a pharmacy was raining at the time and hotel drove me to pharmacy and back was much appreciated. Rooms are a good size whish couch was a bit bigger though, beds are hard but had no trouble sleeping.

It's a little bit off the beaten track, but the hotel offers a frequent shuttle service, and we hired scooters anyway. Beautifully quiet and peaceful, with a fabulous central tiered swimming pool. Rooms are large and well appointed, beds comfortable, and facilities are great. The restaurant is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Ample choice for breakfast. What sets this place apart is the staff, every single one of them. Polite in the extreme, always smiling and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

There were 4 of us, Jean Pierre Lydie Mumu and Patrick, we had a great stay for 15 nights, the hotel is very good. Superb swimming pool in front of the rooms. Very flowery. Very clean. The breakfast is really great and I recommend the meals at the hotel. hotel are excellent and no more expensive than outside and the best all the staff who are extraordinarily kind.nana Thomas bank rainny yaya and all the rest of the staff we kiss you from France you are superb
