Overall good, but the receptionist is very bad and talks badly about the customer taking the money, not asking for a free stay. Everything else is good overall. Overall, after reading the reviews before staying, I only encountered this issue with the receptionist. What I read was that I didn't think I would encounter it myself. I saw that the hotel said they would improve and fix it🙏 #If anyone is not addicted to service, I recommend it. Overall, everything is good except for the employees.

The room is good, but the service person at the counter doesn't speak ok. Okay, I feel like I didn't come and ask to stay for free. You can speak nicely too. The tax invoice was sent from the day I moved in. When I asked, I was told it hadn't been sent yet, even though I opened LINE to show it, and the counter staff replied that I could send it again. This was very confusing. Because we didn't have anything wrong, just wanted to see that we sent it, but got an answer like this. If the counter staff speaks nicely or apologizes, they won't do anything because this is the third time already. I feel uncomfortable with the counter staff.

Air conditioned room, 2nd floor, price 490 / 1st floor, price 520This time I stayed on the 2nd floor. The air conditioner was very cool. The room was very spacious. It was a great value. The staff were white women, beautiful and plump like a mouse. The service was very good. They spoke very well. I recommend well. See you again next time.

The staff in front of the counter is big and old and wears thick glasses. He doesn't speak well, so how can he say that he called to reserve late? When he said the wrong room was the wrong room, he spoke badly. There are some words that you don't have to say. The customer brought the money and didn't come and ask for a free stay. The room was not available and was told that the room was not available. This is the 2nd time. Auntie Waen Uan didn't speak well to the customer. It was the worst.

The room is not soundproof. Employees walked around outside loudly early in the morning. Talk loudly and not be considerate of the sleeping customers. The sound was very loud. The sound of the car dragging again, I couldn't sleep.No matter how many times you come to stay, it's like this every time. I really don't care about the customers.
