I stayed in room 203. There is no hot water in the bathtub inside. The floor drain always smelled bad. The electric toilet in the bathroom is broken. Don't think you've earned it

Good rooms at a low price no breakfast But there is a microwave. Hot water bottle in the room (No coffee cups) There is a small kitchen. I used to stay here under the old name, usually staying in the house downstairs, but this time I went up to the building because it looked good according to the new picture (Deluxe one bedroom). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and there was a washing machine and a bar. Clothes drying, comfortable bed, very cool air conditioner even though the room is large. The bathroom has separate bathtub and shower zones. The toilet uses a remote control system instead of a flushing hose. At a price like this, we think it's worth it. Anyone who comes to 304, try stopping by. It's very worth it. It's quiet and the price in the hundreds is considered very good. (The school doesn't have a hair dryer, shower cap, or towel. It's small😊) The staff and housekeepers provide very good service 👍🏻

The room is very large and has a microwave. There is a washing machine in the back of the room but I didn't try to use it. The air conditioner is small and the room is wide, causing it to cool a little slowly, but there is no problem. The price is valid when comparing the room conditions.The bathroom smells. At times the smell was so strong that it came into the room. Sometimes there isn't much.So I didn't use the bathtub.

The rooms are clean, Future Condo has complete amenities. Good receptionist, good housekeeping. Price starts at 600 baht, which is very overpriced.But the air conditioner is rather slow to cool. Because the room is very spacious (if you want to stay, call to reserve first. The staff will leave the air conditioner on for you. *The receptionist said) The water heater wasn't working.

A serviced apartment for long-term residents located near the 304 Industrial Park in Seema Harport District, western Prachinburi Province. This property was developed for Japanese expatriates working in the 304 Industrial Park, and is characterized by its large, tenement-style structure. The way you access the guest rooms by walking along a corridor extending from the administration building is different from a normal hotel or resort, and I felt like I had been assigned a house. Even the superior rooms are spacious, starting at 44 square meters, and are equipped with a kitchenette, a large sofa where you can sleep, an office desk, and even a washing machine in the outdoor area. The highlight was the glass-walled bathroom, with an oversized bathtub, separate shower and toilet, and even a washlet function on the toilet seat. Although this accommodation facility seems to have thoroughly researched the tastes of Japanese people, the occupancy status of the guest rooms is not very good.

Very nice, new room, very comfortable bed and we say that as back patients, very friendly, payment in advance and simply throw the key card in a basket when you leave if the reception is not occupied.Although we took the more expensive room (703), I had 2 concerns, both plumbing problems in the bathroom, 1. fixing the faucet to the sink and the cistern constantly bringing water, would be a small thing to fix. It's not my water costs 🤠 but thank you, we'll be back 😊
