The room is dirty, the pillows and mattress have a smell. Come and stay often, the quality of the room is getting worse and worse, the air conditioner is not cool, a normal room 750 or a large room 1200 is the same quality. A large room 1200 has dust, lizard excrement, smells like there are dead rats on the roof. A spring mattress, you can feel every position of the springs when you sleep on them. I thought room 1200 would be better quality, but it's not. Disappointed with the price and quality. I'd rather drive a little further and sleep in the city.

The room lacked cleaning before staying, dust on the floor and bedspread. Bathroom room water flows down the pipe very slowly.

It is a hotel in a resort that is still under construction, and the rooms are in a single building like a motel. Bed sheets had stains and were not clean. It's cheap at 500 baht. Large room costs 900 baht

Went to stay and wasn't impressed at all. The room is not clean. You must come and mop the floor yourself. On the day you return, guests must return at 11:00 a.m. But the day I came to check in at 2:00 p.m. I had to wait to make a room again.

If you come to Ban Sang or around here, it's worth it. I recommend it!!!We reserved 3 rooms + 1 house.Highlights: The rooms are very new, very clean, there is a sink in every room, soft beds, fluffy pillows, FB easy to reserve, good response, delicious food, not expensive. There is shrimp fishing with real shrimp. Not Kung Thip, some days there is music, there is a restaurant for private groups, there is a minibar that can be purchased for more.Points that should be improved: 1. The bathtub in room A01 looks like a cement floor with a large basin beneath. Can't stand in the shower area. Because it will go through the sink, it's very thin / 2. The house was not cleaned, not swept, there was full trash, there was previous guests' food in the refrigerator, the smell on the mattress was a strong turtle smell. It's not like the guest room zone on the opposite side. That one is the cleanest....please improve it.
