We stayed here for 3 nights and its really worth it for the price. Water pressure was very low. You can ask the lady in the restaurant beside the reception for a hot water. Location was good too.

The room is clean, the air conditioner has to wait a bit for it to cool. No musty smell The room is a little small, the small room bed is a spring type. The pillow is a little hard. But the situation is okay. The staff are kind. The room has a few mosquitoes, but it's cool. If you don't leave the door closed, the mosquitoes won't get in. There is a balcony to sit in front of the room.

The place was okay, stayed here for two nights. The room is small and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. No fridge or coffee pot, but you can ask the lady in the restaurant, she'll give you some hot water in a takeaway cup for coffee. Water pressure was low, and the sink didn't drain very well. Other than that, the location was great, right on the walking street. It's a little pricey, but that seems to be the norm everywhere else on Koh Lipe

The +: location is good on a shopping street but quietThere are numerous restaurants, massages, and a 7 eleven nearbyAir conditioning working wellIt's cleanThe cleaning lady and the ladies of the nearby restaurants are smiling and friendlyPossibility to leave your bag before check inThe negative -: check in at 2:00 not beforeThe young man at the reception is not smiling and friendly (I paid then after leaving to eat right in front at the time of check-in after 30 minutes I come back and he asks me to pay even though they did it 30 minutes before) fortunately He noticed it straight away but it shows how much we value it.The price is a little expensive compared to other hotels in Thailand but on this island it seems more expensive everywhere.

Does not deserve the bad reviews it gets, comfy bed cold air on and great location! If your a backpacker here and want somewhere on the cheap side with aircon this is it, no complaints from us.. but we had just come from local accommodation previously on the island so as you can see we don’t complain about things not being perfect but this place was perfect. Even gave us umbrellas which came in handy during a storm :)

There are two grades of rooms to choose from.VIP and normalWe stayed in a normal room because we were staying for several nights (to protect the community).What I found is1. The shower water flows like you don't want it when welcoming guests.2. TV can be watched sometimes, sometimes not, depending on the weather. If a storm hits, just lie down and watch on your mobile phone instead (while resting, it's not like you'll be at the sea 24 hours)3. We didn't prepare any toiletries (usually they are personal items) because the tour guide said they were provided at the resort.. Yes, we only have one bottle and it's all gone (don't forget we'll be staying for three nights)😁4.Hot water bottleHmmmm.. I expected that..After diving and playing in the water all day, late at night you are hungry and want to eat something hot (boiled noodles to eat)..(There is food for sale on the island, but sometimes I'm too lazy to leave the room.)In summary, there is no hot water kettle.. I asked the caretaker and he said there were only VIP rooms.4 hair dryersThey are available in every room. You don't have to carry them with you, the tour guide said.#There isn't any.You have to tell the caretaker to bring it to you (take turns using it in the VIP room)😥😥5. Outside of the room, you can't come out and sit and enjoy the view because there are a lot of "mosquitoes". Let me tell you.. In addition, the smell around the room area is not pleasing. It is very smelly.In summary, you have to sleep in the room only.#Choose to rest between VIP and normal.#Double standards really exist😂😂😂

It's one of the cheapest hotels in KL but it wasn't worth the 1320Tbt!It would have been good because the rooms are bungalows but mine was very small, lack of equipment, average bedding and a smell of sewage...Too bad because the location is in the heart of the walking street.

The only positive things are the friendly staff, even if they are not very present, and the location because it is right on the walking street.But the rooms are not clean, and the daily cleaning (if they do it) is really poor.There is always a smell of sewage and dirt around the bungalows.

We booked this hotel 3 years ago and it was good, now let the pictures speak for themselves. We booked 8 nights but we changes hotel after 1 night. Toilet seat was broken, no Wi-Fi, tv was broken, it smelled like sewer everywhere and the aircon was on full speed all the time and the cleaning when we moved in was really bad.

The place smelled like mold. The "wool" was really covered in mold spots up to the ceiling. Overpriced ! No ventilation in the apartment.The location is good, but not close to the price.
