DON’T STAY HERE!I booked the room for 3 nights at this place but at the arrival, before even check in, the lady, who is the owner apparently, started to yell at me just because of my appearance. When I asked her to calm down and tell me the reason, she started to be aggressive, swearing and calling me names (!). It was millimeters from her hands to my face.I decided that staying in this place is not an option for me anymore and came back to tuk tuk. She followed me still yelling and even pulled the money I gave to the tuk tuk driver from his hand.When I told about the situation to the receptionist in other hotel they just nodded confirming that this lady has quite a reputation in the island. Reading the other comments I can see it now.

We love this place!! The cabins are very good, comfortable bed and daily cleaning. They leave you coils for mosquitoes in the garden in case you want to sit on the porch, it is appreciated! In addition, the breakfast is incredible, the gardens are beautiful and very well maintained, and the views are spectacular! The sunset bar is also very cool, ideal for watching sunsets with a beer.

We stayed here in March 2024 for half a night (3 nights were planned) because we were unfortunately woken up in the middle of the night by a mouse or something similar. The rooms are dirty, the bed sheets smell smelly and it's just not comfortable. We're not the least bit fussy, but that's really unreasonable. In addition, the owner was also very unfriendly and shows her understanding for the animal in our bungalow. After a long discussion, we simply looked for another hotel.

It is another very good place to stay. The room size is reasonable, not too big or small. Two people can stay comfortably. The bed is soft, clean, and the bathroom is spacious. Very satisfying.Good location next to Sunset Beach The beach is quite private, not many people. (Most of the people who play in the water are tourists staying at this hotel.) Maybe because it's next to the park and on the other side of Pattaya Beach. So there aren't many people, but the beach view is very beautiful. With a room on the mountain When you see the wide view down below, it's so beautiful 😭Finally, what is impressive is the service of the staff. The employees are very cute and smiling. Very good service.P.S. I came during the low season. The room prices are considered to be much cheaper. The accommodation may not be premium or luxurious. But with the price and service here It's considered worth coming to try once. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The staff is terrible, they don't speak in a nice way, the accommodation is bland, the view is beautiful, but there are other places that are more beautiful than this. Overall, once is enough 🙊

Rude staff, no possibility of chatting with them, they never respond, their customer service is poor! I don't recommend.Our cancellation was 2 hours later and they didn't want to do anything even though I was sick, I couldn't move and took a speedboat to their house.There is a way to find something else at this price! To really escape.Finally, when I see other comments, I'm glad I had to change my plans!

The worst experience I have ever had and I have traveled quite a bit. We took a room through Agoda that had air conditioning, when we arrived the guy at the reception said that we had to pay additionally. Since it was not in his hands to give us control of the air, we asked to speak to the owner of the place, the woman came screaming very close to our faces, moving her hands about to hit us. We asked for our money back, not because of the air, but because of the bad treatment received, which he scoffed at and said they wouldn't give it back to us. He is the most aggressive and rude person I have ever seen. They didn't clean our room, they didn't give us toilet paper and it was super uncomfortable to see her, she always made a bad comment towards us. We said good morning and he said good bye. The breakfast is good, very good, but if you have any problems, she is the owner and she is not going to refund your money or help with anything. The video is the second time that he is going to yell at us. That lady needs education and therapy
