The hotel was really good. I had read comments here before booking this hotel, and to be honest, I was really afraid of the reviews but because of the long holiday we had very less choices, so just gave it a try. When we were there, everything was really good. The room was clean with no smell, the location was very good, and the price was reasonable. The staff also the clinic staff, were nice. It was worth every baht I spent.

Modern hotel. Located behind the clinic next to the main street. You have to go through a very small alley to get to the rooms. A bit noisy. The room is large and clean. Very well equipped: double bed, shower, toilet, balcony, TV, fridge, desk, air conditioning, safe). Housekeeping is done daily. The staff is very nice. The wifi doesn't work very well.

Best hotel I've ever stayed. Room very nice and clean. Price affordable and cheaper than other hotel. Location very strategic, near beachI left my passport at the hotel and forgot about it when go back to pak bara. Call the hotel service and tell them. They immediately check the room and keep my passport. Then send the passport through speedboat to pakbara. Really thankful to them 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Shout out to hotel staff and ploysiam crew for accomodate us. Thank you

Excellent location right on walking street and a 2 minute walk from the beach! The staff is really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and it has a hot shower! Great value!

Great price/performance for Koh Lipe!+ very clean, relatively new, no mosquitoes etc.+ friendly staff+ great location (right on Walking Street, 5 minutes to the pier)+ nice & comfortable bedWe were very surprised about some of the bad reviews here on Google and cannot confirm this at all.Everything seems very new here, the rooms were great, even with a small balcony.We stayed in 3 different hotels in Koh Lipe and this one had the best price/performance ratio.- The entrance is behind the Siam Clinic and there are only a few rooms- Bathroom is small and there is no private shower/shower enclosure (very often on the islands)

DO NOT STAY HERE !The room is always smelly. It smells like dirty public washroom.They have problems with the septic tank which cannot be solved by cleaning. The air-con does not help. My warning is not a exaggeration. I moved to a few rooms, 202 204 206. They were all smelly. Keeping the door closed could not help. The smell was that strong.Even though the staff is nice, but the problem is about the building itself, so do not stay here!

Absolutely perfect for short or long stays in the middle of Ko Like walking street.The owner Eliana couldn't be more attentive, nothing is too much trouble, gave me lots of info on the hotel itself and local attractions, room was perfect, modern and classy.I can honestly say it's the best little hotel I've stayed in: if you want a 5 star hotel with porter service go to a 5 star hotel...if you want a 5 star service, clean rooms, great location, good staff and a great experience go to the 7th Boutique Hotel ....best in the area. I will be back thank you Eliana for a such a great stay. Highly Recommended

Staffs are friendly, convenient location and nice decoration. However, low quality of interior. You can cleary hear music from outside in the night. Moreover, you will wake up when other rooms shut the door because it is too loud and you can feel shaked to your room.

Stayed here for valentine’s in a standard double bedroom. Bed was extremely comfy and the room and bathroom was very clean! All staff at the hotel are friendly and are always willing to help! Towels are provided and you are also given a WiFi box to ensure good connection in rooms!

The hotel is located on top of the Siam International Clinic. Fresh rooms with a good location! Has AC, cable TV and comfortable beds. But the service is less good. There is no real reception, but if you need to talk to someone, you can go into the clinic. A bit complicated and narrow entrance, especially with a pram. We had problems with the following: there was no toilet paper, was not cleaned every day as they promised and Wi-Fi was not working to use.
