Absolutely perfect for me and my 11 year old son and a good price for Koh Lipe. Rooms are lovely and clean, and we had a lovely porch area to sit and chill. Free use of snorkel gear and paddle board, free breakfast with toast and fresh fruit. Help yourself to tea and coffee all day. Super lovely hosts and a stone throw to the main Pataya beach as well as Sunset Beach.... as well as Walkimg Street. I would definitely recommend it.

Really nice people and good locations, close to Pattaya Beach and not far from Sunset Beach. The rooms could be a bit more comfortable (plastic sheets and mattress), but you get a good price for the island, free basic breakfast/food and every help you can imagine from the owners. Thanks!

What can be emphasized the most is the kindness of the owners, they make every effort to help you. They pay for your transportation from the port to the hotel. The only thing that they should update the facilities a little.

Very nice and kind staff, helped us a lot and gave us a bit of extras which we appreciate a lot. Rooms are pretty basic, however price/quality is on point. Quiet area, walking distance from Pattaya beach. Bananas and water for free. Paddle board free of charge for guests (2 pcs), GoPro for rent available

Although the bungalows are large, they lack many details, the beds are hard and it is brutally hot when you return from the excursions and the mosquitoes are like their big tiger prawns.

The rooms are very dirty and definitely need renovation. There are stains on the towels and bed linen and the bathroom is also run down. The doors are leaky and don't close completely and that's why a lot of gels come in. The room smells extremely bad and you just feel uncomfortable and unclean there. The whole area, including the pool and the small terrace in front of the rooms, are run down and not clean. However, if you put a little more work into keeping the accommodation clean and tidy, it would have a lot of potential. In addition, the staff is very, very friendly and helped us immediately when we said we wanted to cancel. We were able to cancel 3 of our 4 nights. There was also banana and toast for breakfast. The location is also very good and you can reach the beach in just a few minutes and Walking Street in about 10 minutes.

The owner is very cute. And the service is good and friendly. Take care of it like family. The accommodation was good. The air conditioning was cool and there was Jigger as the receptionist. It was also nice.

Good Mood is a family resort that has 7 rooms. The beds for each room are quite large. Can fit 2 adults and 2 children under 12 comfortably. Located 300 meters from Pattaya Beach and 600 meters to Walking Street if via the beach road. The owner is very friendly. When we arrived at the jetty the owner was waiting for us. Every day prepare breakfast for us. But for fear of doubting the cooked food we only asked for bread and eggs. The resort also provides paddle boat facilities for customers. Hotel prices are also cheap. Room cleaners are also very reliable. Although we left valuables in the room but were not disturbed. The resort also provides a small swimming pool facility.
I think I will go.

Beautiful small Resort, verry friendly atmosphere, never saw a huskey dog more happy then there, sunset Beach 5minute walk, Pattaya beach in the backyard, same as a big clean pool, GOOD MOOD - PASS BY AND ENJOY!!!!
