Excellent stay. We booked the superior king room and can certainly say it's worth the extra £3 per night. Large, modern room that was immaculately clean. Warm shower with great shower pressure, free bottles of water every day, great hospitality from the owner and housekeeper. Great, convenient location on walking street while also being nice and quiet. Definitely recommend.

It's on a side street and is super central. The host is very friendly and our room was cleaned every day. We booked spontaneously and were lucky. Large room with private bathroom. Everything you needed was there or within walking distance. We recommend it 100% and say kopkhunkab 🙏☺️@stan_und_jasmin 🫰

The pros:Great location right on walking street.Friendly staff.Large clean rooms.Good Aircon.The cons:Bathroom very run down and smells.Bugs come out when you shower.Balcony faces another building which can look into your room.The sink in our bathroom was broken and poured out on the floor from the pipe underneath.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action, so if you like it quieter, you should book another hotel. The rooms are very large and clean. There is no beautiful view here, but everything can be reached with just a few steps. The only thing I have to complain about is the yellowed bed linen.

We only stayed for 2 nights at Lipe Inn. The location is great, the room was spacious, clean, and we didn’t hear any noise, but it had a terrible musty smell that made our nights unpleasant. Good price for 2 nights.

Everything was good except for the overwhelming smell of mould in the room. The room was nice, clean, conveniently place, and we didn't hear any noise at night.But the mould smell was unbearable at times. I believe it to be because of the wood paneling used on the walls and ceiling.Would be great if they fix the mould issue.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious and have amenities including a big private balcony with table, chairs and a clothes airer, and inside a kettle, a fridge and a safe. The furniture is a bit dated however it was very clean, and we were given fresh towels and 2 bottles of water everyday. Despite its amazing location on the walking street and 2 mins walking from Pattaya Beach, we didn’t hear any noise. We would definitely recommend Lipe Inn :)

Good option on Walking Street. This place is pretty old and the rooms are a bit dark. Bathroom is Thai style. But everything is clean and spacious. Cleaning service was very reliable and the AC diff its job.The guy at the reception was helpful. Location is very convenient. Value for money ok. There are plenty of food and coffee options around.

The man at the reception was very friendly. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous.Unfortunately the room is very run down.The shower water smelled very disgusting. But it was generally very strange on the island.There was a smell of mold in the room.Since we had a room with a view of a bar, it was noisy.

Great location right on Walking Street. Just a few minutes walk to Sunrise Beach or Pattaya Beach. We had a large room with a balcony. There are enough restaurants and souvenir shops on Walking Street.

Friendly and super helpful hotel owner. Walking street is right in front, 5mins walks to the beach, convenience stores, pharmacies, foods n drinks etc. Reasonable price & unforgettable stay. Will defo come back again. Cheers 🥂

Excellent hotel right on Walking street but somehow quiet enough to not be loud in the room. Huge room and very comfortable bed. Powerful shower and aircon, and decent fridge. Useless WiFi but that goes for most places on Koh Lipe so would still consider this a great value stay and would return for sure.

Everything was great, the guy at the reception is very kind and nice, big spacious room, everything is cleaned daily, there’s also a safety box, daily change of towel and they also give you 2 bottles of water every day. In the middle of the walking street but the rooms are very quiet. you’re just 2 steps away from sunrise and pattaya beach, sunset beach is 10 minutes walking, many restaurants, shops, and dive centres all around, highly recommended!! Air dryer is provided, as well as umbrellas in case of rain :) but no rain during our stay!
