Positif-Rooms are nice looking and have a lot of Space, good view- nice garden-very close to seaNegatif- the shower Head is probably the cheapest they could find- issue with toilet flush- issue with door lock- the worst breakfast i had in a hotel (only continental available, burned fried egg, sommes disgusting unheated "sausages"a ~5 day old salade and as sauce they put a sweat "mayo"...)- no laundry service even if they say there isIm in Thailand and i know standard are notthe same as in Europe but i found the place very expensive for the quality of service

An unkempt hotel right on the beach. The rooms are relatively large, but without any comfort. The only lighting is cold blue ceiling lights that are far too bright. Everything is a little dingy. the bathroom is not really dirty, but old and extremely unkempt. Unfortunately there is no water pressure in the shower. The entire facility appears unkempt. The whole thing for 70 euros is simply too much. The whole of Koh Lipe is in a gold rush, extremely crowded and prices like in Europe. What you get for it is underground. I believe that the Thais will squeeze Lipe and ride it down until the last tourist gets around how terrible Koh Lipe is. The hotel embodies this philosophy perfectly. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly and helpful.The people who talk about a well-kept garden here are either paid or they want to rip off other tourists. This lying review was two months ago. This is simply evil. The “garden” isn’t even watered. A few trees that don't get water, little grass and otherwise dust. The lighting consists of open-mounted light bulbs. It's not a garden but a steppe. Such reviews should be deleted.

Unfriendly staff.For an additional pillow I had to pay 100thb per night. Bed covers torn.Breakfast OK.For an old air mattress I should pay 250thb per dayIn the garden there are old boats, garbage and remains of burning.Accommodation cannot be evaluated via the booking platform....don't bother with it and book something else....we won't be coming back.

Nice understated hotel, very clean room, friendly helpful staff, lovely garden area/ spacious. Location is very convenient, far enough from walking street bars so quiet, but near enough / short walk. It is right on the beach and there is still fantastic snorkelling just in front which amazing considering the number of boats. Price reflects the age and style. The dive shop is also very good.

Just went there on 29-31 Jan '24.Accommodation next to the beach, you can swim right in front of the beach. The room is very spacious. It's not far to walk to the walking street. The staff are very attentive. Breakfast has many things. Fried onions are very delicious.

We stayed at this resort for a week and a half. The location and property was good enough considering the island lifestyle but the bathroom was below standard. Shower barely worked and toilet didn’t flush properly. Out side of our bungalow there were swarms of gigantic mosquitos which wasn’t fun for me as I reacted incredibly badly to the bites and this was a daily torture even during the day. What made this experience worse was the level of service we received not from the staff but the owner who went by the name of Grita. When we asked to move to another room we were verbally abused by him in Thai as he became enraged at such a simple request to move rooms. Never again. It’s a shame one of the best beaches is in front.

Rundown resort,very quiet at nite since frontdesk till 2030hrs.I was charge 200thb for 2 xtra pillow.Breakfast is decent.Toilet and room so stuffy coz have no ventelation.1st and last for me

Only the location was good. The place seemed very run down. The photos they upload do not match reality. The staff spoke almost no English. They did not provide shuttle services from the dock, only when we left. The beach was not prepared in that part, there were no umbrellas and they charged you for broken wooden lounge chairs full of ants. Breakfast was average, the jam full of ants. The wifi never worked directly in the 4 days we were there. The light in the room was very bad, you couldn't see anything. The shower was terrible. Cleaning was good, average. There were much nicer and more prepared hotels around. We spent the days on another beach in another hotel, where we were treated as if we were guests just for consuming in the restaurant.
