I recently stayed at this hotel and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the bed was quite comfy. However, there were some drawbacks. The room had poor ventilation, there was no drawer or cabinet for storage, and the bathroom lighting was insufficient. Overall, while the service and comfort were great, improvements in these areas would enhance the experience.

This hotel is boutique style, looking new and clean. The room is very nice, beautiful, minimalist but quite small. The lobby is also beautiful and the service is also good. The price is quite competitive with what you get. The atmosphere is also well equipped with a smoking room, water dispenser, PC and many more.But one thing that makes me disappointed is regarding the payment they charged us. At first I'm calling the hotel asking about the rate and asking to check in early. They said no need to pay extra to early check in which we agree. Then on arrival we asked again if there were any extra charges for early check in and the answer was still the same. Then after we were done making payment, while waiting for our room to be ready suddenly she asked to add RM 50 for early check in. Like what the hell man? You did not ask and confirm with your boss regarding this matter? We understand if they stated early in order to check in early, you need to pay extra. It kinda spoils our mood. I hope the management will fix this issue so that it will never happen again to other customers.

One word, NICE!Fast check in, warm and friendly staff, and the best is the room is so nice! Got the AirBnB vibe, so it's worth the price you paid. There's a restaurant at ground floor is you don't want to go far, but the location also near to Ikan Bakar area (mind you, they moved to the other side) and famous Laksa Beras. Overall, it was a good stay and surely will repeat the stay in future! Kudos to the team 😀
