Stayed here in February 2024 for 8 nights.These are not hotel rooms, but apartments.Large refrigerator, stove, microwave, set of dishes.The water pressure in the shower is excellent.The rooms themselves are huge, with a wardrobe, a bed, a clothes dryer, a table and chairs on the balcony/entrance, and a hammock.Cute cats)))The price/quality ratio is the best on the island, in my opinion.Yes, it is far from Volking, and there are no shops nearby, but there are also no crowds of people with children.There is an excellent cafe in the very corner, next to the Dive Center, Thai and European food is very tasty.You can follow the path to the next beach, rent sun loungers for 200 baht and enjoy the sea.There are also sunbeds/umbrellas for guests on the beachThere is a Thai cafe right on the shore in front of the “hotel.” In the evening, tables are set up on the beach, where you can eat the freshest seafood from local fishermen.If we go to Lipa again, we will stay here again.In 2023 we stayed at the Mali resort, right next door... So in 3 nights we spent as much money as here in a week. And the room there was tired, the shower was disgusting, there were countless mosquitoes...

We booked because the rooms were super spacious and was well decked for a long stay.Large fridge, stove, full set utensil good internet and TV. Room was clean and comfortable.It's located slightly inwards front the beach and it's a long walk from the walking street. No food outlets nearby so you'll have to walk quite abit for food and supplies.The beach area nearby was full of debris washed ashore but the monsoon tides. It's fares poured compared to better kept positioned places like Bella Vista and Mali.

Hello we booked the lipe banyan for 6 days we did not spend any night the lipe banyan is quite simply a giant poorly designed algeco the place is too isolated from tourist activities even if it is a small island every time you walk in the apartment everything is moving it's unlivable the neighbor's rooster will annoy you to the point on a magnificent island there are much better same price

Pros. THIS IS AN APARTMENT! Not numbers. Kitchenette: stove, toaster, sink, dishes, large refrigerator, large smart TV (YouTube shows how to live at home)The apartments are gigantic, just amazing. For the money, I don’t think there’s anything like this in Lipa anymore.The owners did not skimp on the price of the interior and filling; everything is solid and reliable. The air conditioners are powerful, you can set them up so that you can sleep under a blanket, or you can (like us) so that they work quietly and make it comfortable to sleep in your underwear without fear of catching a cold. The beds are gigantic and comfortable. Large loggias with drying racks. Full-length windows (with blinds). Concrete, glass, metal, wood.Minuses. Far from Sunrise and Sunset beaches. To Walking str. I need to take a walk. At the very end is Pataya Beach (but this is not the middle of the island, where there are hotels with a two for location, this is Pataya Beach!). Mosquitoes fly on the balcony in the evening - there is a wooded area nearby.We arrived at these apartments with the idea of moving somewhere more central, but we didn’t dare to leave there for the entire 8 days. It's so cool to live there inside. Four only for remoteness. If you evaluate price-quality - five.

Good value for money. Close to the beach, but a little behind restaurants and activities. At the very end of Pattaya beach. I rented a room for a friend and I was satisfied with the service.

The room is clean but i feel not really well maintained as i see the ceiling paint and toilet wall stripping. I booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room aircond doesn't function on the 1st night when we go back to the room at night at 9pm, the staff said next day only can have technician fix, another room has aircond but slow to get room cool as well, take longer time fr usual, not sure if it is because current weather too hot. The staff are friendly and try their best help, they provide another fan for the room that doesn't have air conditioning but when asked for a discount because has suffered a night without aircond with paying high room rate, they refused..for the ocean view, is actually a small part and far ocean view.. different from what we expected. The environment is considered quiet, about 10min walk to walking street from the beach, so you can have a good sleep but will wake up early by rooster crowing. It was 2 minutes walk to pattaya beach from the apartment. If you just reach koh Lipe with luggage, enter the walking street and get a local taxi to send you to the hotel, cost 50thb per pax.If u only have a backpack, u may consider walking from the beach to the lipe banyan apartment. Another highlight is the apartment does not have a lift, you will need to carry your luggage to your room with staircase. The inside room has a microwave, you can buy some food from 711 to reheat in the room for breakfast or supper. They do not provide breakfast. 1 tip is that koh lipe 711 prices are more expensive than outside the island (some we realized is double the price), so for those who want to save some money, you can buy some before entering the island.

The room is spacious and equipped with a kitchen with a Samsung fridge, which is very rare. It is a hotel where you can stay even a month, it is close to the beach, magnificent beach and what's more if you take the wooden footbridge on your right when you are on the beach, you have access to a magnificent cove. The Walking Street is a quarter of an hour's walk from the beach. The surrounding homes will make you feel positive. The locals don't have much but always have a smile. The hosts were very kind. They brought us to the pier on the day of departure. Everything is comfortable and you also have a little corner on the balcony to have an aperitif or relax and hang out your laundry. I recommend it is on a human scale in a very typical corner.

Super chill place. A room with balcony and kitchen all for you. Very homestay/DIY kind of a vibe. Ac, tv, wifi, hotplate, all cooking utensils. It's very basic but everything works. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. The unit is clean, well equipped with all basic we need (except iron). Its situated at the end of Daya Beach, next to Pattaya beach. Some people said they took 10mins walking to Walking Street but it took us more than 20mins because we bring a child and its very tiring, end up we rented a scooter. But a good decision because we get to fully explore every inch of Lipe. Our unit is at the highest floor, people with physical difficulties should consider this : the stairs are high and steep. Walking at night from Walking Street to the apartment, dont forget to bring to bring your phone and turn on your light ( its very dark). Another one good advantage is the apartment is far from any bars, but still u can hear music from afar at night until 3am. From the balcony we enjoyed breathtaking grand sea view and in the morning, we managed to catch sunrise on our left side of the apartment. Overall, i recommended Lipe Banyan to those who come to Lipe escpecially family with young children.

Super clean and large apartments! We felt very comfortable! The view of the sea was beautiful and you can be at Pattaya Beach in a minute! The staff was nice all around! The operator even picks you up from the pier and brings you back there! We can highly recommend it!

Big and propper rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with basic things what you need. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful guys. Pattaya Beach only 1 m walking distance. Sunset Beach in 10 minute walking distance as well as the walking street. Sunrise Beach about 20 minute walking distance or ask the nice guys from the apartments to bring you there with a tuk tuk. Dive stores directly on the pattaya beach, as well as some restaurants, even for breakfast.Snorkeling directly from the beach possible. Very beautiful sea view (when you book this category of apartment)
