Very well located, near walking street and the port of arrival and departure. The rooms are simple and relatively small but have everything you need for your stay in these paradise islands.

The resort is located on Pattaya Beach right on the beach, a very nice spot free of boats, the rooms are well equipped with a large bed, fridge, kettle etc. Unfortunately my TV didn't work (room 203) but that wasn't a big problem for me There were probably different TVs when I was traveling with you, there was a Smart TV in the room where you could connect via smartphone. If that were standard in all rooms then that would be really great. The breakfast could be a little more varied but it tastes good! You can order something freshly cooked like rice soup, Pat Thai... generally the food tastes good, but unfortunately one day I found a hair in my curry so you should make sure that it doesn't happen again! My food was replaced immediately. Not every dish is always available, probably because you are on an island and not everything is always in stock, but you understand that. The resort offers free loungers on the beach right next to a stand with Thai massage, which I can recommend. There are a couple of dogs on the beach with whom we had really nice days. They are looking for closeness and are very sweet.Overall, I had a nice stay, but the deficiencies still need to be remedied

Great breakfast and the best thing about it is that you are on the beach.The beach and views are spectacular.The location on the island is very good.It fulfilled its function, the resort has great potential if it is given a little love and maintenance.We asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave us a view of the neighbors.You have to walk with your suitcases 600 m along the beach.The rooms lack a lot of maintenance.The day we left, we asked for our suitcases to be taken to the port, and magically, the person who was supposed to carry them had disappeared.We asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 beds pushed together, you could feel the union in the bed, and also 2 single bed padding.The refrigerator was in the bathroom.

Very nice place and the bungalows are tastefully decorated.Very friendly staff.I felt very well.Great house reef with lots of fish.As a nice little note.It would be good if you had one more cupboard or one more shelf or shelf to store your luggage.Since there is no air conditioning, it may not be suitable for everyone. (But not everyone has to go there)

The location is spectacular, a stone's throw from the beach, abundant and varied breakfast. Very kind staff and super advantageous prices. It was a truly fabulous stay. The only flaw is the room. Very spacious but very noisy (we were not far from the kitchens) and the bathroom certainly needs to be improved a lot. Fortunately, coming to Koh Lipe the time spent in the room is very little so it went well.

I was grateful for the carrier transfer service to the port of entry.It is located right in front of the beach and close to arrivals and departures.It seems to be a characteristic of the tail, but the tap water is not clean.Everything else was good.

Excellent hotel! This is the second year we have been coming to this hotel. Breakfast on the first coastline is very tasty - delicious coffee from the coffee machine. The only downside is that if you turn away, the Chinese will immediately steal your fried bread from the toasters🤣 Clean beach with its own sun loungers.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of shelves and drawers to unpack all your stuff. |Friendly staff, clean facilities, buffet breakfast with a lot of options, great location on the beach, few minutes from the walking street.|Amazing massages right in front of the resort.
