This hotel is very close to the boat, easy to get to.There is a very inexpensive store at the hotel.Nice staff.But you have to go to beautiful beaches.

Our stay at Aplus Deluxe hotel was one of our best experiences traveling through Thailand. The staff was always 100% willing to solve any request required, always with professionalism and respect. We always feel very cared for with them. As for breakfast, it exceeded our expectations! It was very delicious and you can choose between a drink and a meal so it saved us a lot of money and we were able to start every day with a full stomach. As for the rooms, they are just as they appear in the photographs, the beds are very comfortable and have everything you need to rest after a day at the beach in the sun. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need and there are no loud noises at night so you can sleep relaxed without problems. The wifi works correctly. We would like to make a special mention to the staff who welcomed us from the beginning with a smile called SUN. Thanks to him our stay was 10/10. We 100% recommend Aplus deluxe hotel. Thank you!

Considering the low price, this is an excellent hotel in the heart of all destinations. It is convenient to walk to any beach, and in the evening to stroll along the streets.

Impeccable service by Sun :) Overall it’s great, room’s a tad bit worn but worth its value. Great location, within walking street and right in the middle of pattaya beach and sunrise/sunset beaches. Breakfast included too which was a pleasant surprise.

Recommended in the middle of the Walking Street and no noise in the room. Good air conditioning and shower, spacious room and quite modern, also good beds and super friendly staff and good breakfast was included. No kettle and hairdryer available

During our recent stay at A Plus Hotel in Koh Lipe, Thailand, we found a blend of positives and negatives that shaped our overall experience.On the positive side, the hotel's location proved advantageous, positioned halfway between the main beaches. Our room was notably spacious, offering ample space to move around comfortably. Additionally, having a supermarket conveniently located underneath the building was a definite plus. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, with enough variety to satisfy our appetite. The hotel staff were incredibly pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. We appreciated the daily provision of complimentary water bottles and a new toilet paper roll, as well as the large fridge in the room, which was perfect for storing essentials like water, fruit, and drinks.However, our experience was marred by a few drawbacks. The room itself felt outdated, and the bed was notably uncomfortable, causing back pain each night. Furthermore, the presence of dead mosquitoes scattered around the room, some with dried blood on the bathroom curtain, was concerning. The unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain, while somewhat common in Thai bathrooms, detracted from our overall comfort. Additionally, the view from our window was disappointing, facing an adjacent building with no scenic outlook.In conclusion, while A Plus Hotel offered some positive aspects such as its location, spacious room, and helpful staff, the outdated room amenities, uncomfortable bed, and various cleanliness issues detracted from our experience. We would rate our stay with three stars, reflecting the mixed nature of our experience.

Great budget hotel. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony which had trees outside, it was clean and spacious enough. Shower had good pressure too.Location is good, not far from the beach or from many restaurants on the Walking Street.Special mention to Sun on reception. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and really went beyond expectations!The only thing to consider is the walls are quite thin so if you have loud neighbours then you will hear them!

Excellent value for money in the central walking street area. On the ground floor there is a market and on the opposite side of the street there is a restaurant where breakfast is provided. Perhaps not suitable for those who love tranquility, at Sea you can hear the music from the nearby clubs which didn't bother me.

A great place to stay in Ko Lipe! Located slightly off the main drag, making it a peaceful and quiet spot. The AC was great in the room, although the beds were super uncomfortable which was unfortunate. But the staff is super nice and the washrooms were always super clean!

So far, this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at, all because the guy working at the reception is super helpful and friendly! I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name! He's from Hat Yai! And the location is great too! Right in the center of Koh Lipe!

The location is great here, but it can also be your sleepless undoing. That depends on where your room is located. If your room is right on the street, you will have a hard time sleeping if you have problems with noise. Our room was quite close to the stairs and therefore away from Walking Street. I was able to sleep well with earplugs.The air conditioning spit ice and dripped constantly. We pointed out damage to the room, but this was only noted but nothing was repaired.The breakfast is below average. There is no breakfast buffet, but you choose exactly one drink and one meal, that's it. You want more? Then pay for it. The information on the internet that breakfast is included is only partially true. The quality of the breakfast is below average to poor. Pure mass processing, very reminiscent of a canteen.The rooms are small. It is a castle of beds. Our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we stayed. The floor was sandy throughout, towels were never changed.I should have checked the conditions more carefully before booking, then I would not have chosen this hotel but would have taken a bungalow on the beach.

The room is clean and tidy, but unfortunately we were placed very close to the main road. There was a big hole in the balcony door so it was extremely loud at night. WiFi was not working at all and we were unable to work..

I highly recommend! Comfortable and spacious room! The bed and shower are great! In the center close to everything! It's literally Perfect!!!! The only thing I wouldn't choose it for again is if I can go to a resort on the beach to have pastries but they are much more expensive! So I highly recommend this option!!!!

Totally in love with this hotel. We stayed for two night and it was an awesome experience. The front guy very friendly. They also provide muslim food for breakfast dan it tastes songood. The location in the middle of walking street.
