This is not the first time we have stayed, we liked everything. Love the location, they recently opened a 7/11 in the hotel itself, but there is another bigger one across the street. There is a beautiful lake nearby, it’s good to just walk or run there in the morning. The sea is 2-3 minutes walk away. Everyone knows everything about the sand and sea of Karon, there is no need to describe it. There are markets nearby, noisy and quiet cafes too. Prices are above average, as a rule, but this is the first line.

Friendly hotel staff!Wonderful varied breakfasts!🙏😍 fruits: ripe watermelons, melons, pineapples, Dragon fruit, bananas!It is very important to note: the hotel is fresh! There is no dampness, always a pleasant smell!Swimming pools on the roof of two buildings overlooking the sea!Near the hotel there are many different cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, and currency exchange offices. And very important: the sea is nearby!Thank you for your hospitality! Favorite Hotel! And Phuket!!!!!!😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

The rooms are beautiful and not bad. But we were given a room with a balcony facing the road. It’s like sleeping on the street, you can hear everything. A special hello to the refrigerator that lives its own life and makes some strange sounds. Yesterday the pool was closed during business hours. Today we arrived - the pool is also closed. They say go to another building to swim. Well, nonsense) otherwise the hotel is good.

I think they did a renovation reading the comments however they cheaper out in the room doors. You can hear everything in the hallways and all the doors slam. Not just a little slam but they slam hard enough to shudder through to your bones.You won't be able to Nap if your a little tired cause you will hear all the doors slamming and conversations in the hallways all throughout the day and night.Wouldn't stay here every again. Quiet time is sacred for anyone's peace of mind.

The most value of this hotel is location, just three minutes walk to the Karon beach, 7/11 is in the same building, everything you can ask for. The rooms are bit small, bad idea use it for family with a kid/kids, simply no place for extra bed. Breakfast is okay, always plenty of hot dishes and fruits. Internet access is exceptionally good, was able to watch series online on the hotel wifi. I do recommend this hotel if you need value for money.

We vacationed in July 2024. The hotel is good, the breakfasts are varied including fruit, the rooms are clean, comfortable, there is a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, kettle, safe, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, they are cleaned every day and consumables are also updated daily, including all towels (both beach and face and body). The location is great - it’s not far from the sea, and it’s not far from the center of Karon either, especially if you go through the neighboring hotel. There is a pharmacy and a 7/11 supermarket in the building from the street. Nearby there is a massage parlor, a cafe and more, selling fruits, Thai ice cream and pancakes. The pool is open until 19:00, the pool is clean, there are many sun loungers nearby, it is located on the roof overlooking the sea and Lake Karon. The staff is polite, all requests were answered promptly and without any problems.

Unfortunately the hotel was a complete disappointment. The room had a bad smell and you couldn't turn on the air conditioning because it also gave off a disgusting smell even though it was so hot. You could barely last one night. Not recommendable!

We stayed in June and really liked the hotel. This is not 5 stars of course, but at this price the room is just super and the cleaning is also good. Very clean, comfortable bed. The location is excellent, a lot of everything is nearby - shops, restaurants (including Russian and a lot of seafood). We found the website 7tour-phuket.ru and their office next to the hotel - these are Russian guys, they do all the excursions at great prices and we went to a lot of places. By the way, they were paid by transfer to Sberbank at the rate of 2.5 rubles per 1 baht. There were 3 in the exchange offices along the street! (On the downside, there are sometimes waves at sea and you can only go into the water with a child in your arms, but this is always the case at this time of year, we were told it’s wave season.
