It is truly a place suitable for relaxation. (Heals the body/Heals the mind) but is not suitable for swimming. Because the front of the accommodation is mostly rocks. The owner and employees are friendly. Take care of customers thoroughly. There are nature conservation activities to do.

My wife and I were on Koh Mak for the first time. Before, I was a bit skeptical about sleeping in a tent, but my next vacation will definitely be here again. Super friendly staff, really good breakfast and everything is so clean, which is not a given in Thailand. Then we had the pleasure of having breakfast with the owner every morning, he was also super friendly. I would give 10 stars but unfortunately I can only give 5.

Rooms are comfortable with aircon, coffee and minibar. Beach close to the bungalows. We had a good time there!

We have stayed 4 nights in this place. The owner and all the stuff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. Tents are kept clean, bathrooms are part of every tent but insects like ants or spiders can show up there. This should not be a big surprise for everyone who is looking for a quiet place where nature has still something to say. The beach at the place is not very useful as it is a mix of rocks and sand, but very near the are nice sandy beaches. One can rent bikes, scooters or even melex at the place - I recommend bikes as the island is not big. Overall the island is quiet with not many tourists. The water here is nice and clean but not critical. One can find some local food that is inexpensive like Dum Noodles. Overall good place for 3 days trip if you’re already on Koh Chang. I recommend Koh Mak Divers snorkeling trip too, as a break from the beach time.

Resort in a very quiet location, perfect for exploring the island and quite close to the port.Impeccably maintained with large, spotlessly clean, fully equipped tents and sea view with breathtaking sunsets. Thanks to the huge windows all with mosquito nets it is possible to sleep letting the pleasant night breeze pass through, without turning on the air conditioning and without fearing the intrusion of unwanted animals.Good breakfast included and very friendly owner.A super glamping!!!

This is the best Sun set. Since it's a tent, it would be bad if the person next to you is noisy, but this also depends on your luck on the trip.

Checked out few days and the owner Onn and Noi were beyond helpful. They treated us like family while we were in koh mak. Breakfast was simple and organic. They own about 180+ hens, so it was like having unlimited eggs. Free kayaks to use. Location is secluded, but there’s a lot of local restaurants and supermarket that you do not need to go to the main area. Very close to pier going to koh kit or trat. There are bugs, but after all, it is a tent. It wasn’t just like tenting, it was more like glamping. The tent is equipped with everything including air con. My brother and I will be back, thank you for the hospitality.

I was able to stay cleaner and safer than I had worried about.Due to the coronavirus, the only guests staying were my family.Although it was quietI feel a bit regretfulIt was enough to feel nature, and the night sky was so many and beautiful that it seemed like the stars were pouring down, so I was impressed~~

I was impressed from the first time I arrived. Wide shady lawn The owner of the place gives very good advice. The day we went to stay was not during high season. It was raining lightly and the sound of the waves hitting the shore could be heard very clearly. At night, sleeping and listening to the sound feels good in a different way. Sleep comfortably ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
