The room is clean, looks new, the water flows well, the new air conditioner is not loud. There is a kettle in the room. Small refrigerator and drinking water provided. Got to stay in room number 4. But I just found out when I was going to rest that the mattress was probably old and damaged. Because when you move you will make a loud noise like you are lying on top of a frog all the time. So it kept me awake all night. Requesting to change rooms was late and I didn't want to move things so I had to sleep until morning.

The room condition is clean and good. But the lotus hatch head is clogged and broken and must be changed. The wifi signal is very weak. Both old and new buildings No matter where you are, the signal is weak, but overall it's good.

Everything is good. I really like it. The room is big, VIP2 is good. The price is very cheap even though it's a festival. They take good care of it. I recommend it.//Should change the pillow The pillow is so high that it breaks my neck. I can't sleep at all. It's so high. Everything else is good.

The rooms here look like they've just been built - they're very clean and nicely furnished and have good AC. The room compact but functional, the fridge in the room is on the smaller side and the pictures on Agoda suggested bigger size. There's a kettle provided in the room.However, there's one thing missing: bedside tables on either end. It's a bit inconvenient to charge your phone if you have to place it on the floor.What we liked about this hotel is its location in a quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to Ban Rai market and a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing dinner.The beds are reasonably comfortable, and we didn't hear a single noise from other rooms, so we got a good night's sleep.Outside the rooms, there are comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your meals. There's also a cozy common seating area with complimentary coffee and rice soup (Khao Tom) for breakfast, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful and convenient experience.One downside was the many tiny ants inside and outside the room (we know that this is not uncommon in Thailand, but for a new place it seemed a few too many)Walk in rate is 600B

I came late in the evening and paid 600Baht which is the going rate. Room was a good size and served its purpose very well. Air conditioner was very good/quiet.Google has the location off. You see the Shrine square and the hotel is to the right. Opposite of what Maps says 👎🏻

Basic rooms are arranged in a homely style according to the price. But what is unacceptable is that there is water from the bathroom above. It dripped right down to my head. What is extremely inappropriate is having employees come and clean even though you haven't checked out yet.

The signal cable from the receiver box to the TV doesn't have a signal. I got the answer that I took it off and put it away. I have to ask you to find it for me. The wall cannot prevent sound from next door. At the entrance in the morning there is a large pack of dogs barking horribly. You cannot walk around. If you want to offer food to monks, you must get past the pack of dogs. The pillow is too soft.

Slept here only one night as we were on the road trip. Hard to find hotels to stay here in this town as we reached here at night time without advance booking. Not a special designed hotel but we got clean room, in good location, free water and with reasonable price.
