I had a perfect night staying at this place. The bed was very confortable and the Lady who owns the place was the nicest person ever !It's really clean and so close to the beachSo everything was perfect

Newly renovated accommodation, clean, convenient, and comfortable. You can walk across the road down to the beach. The person who takes care of me is kind. Prepare everything There is free grilling equipment on the beach. Location near the market, restaurants, Lotus, 7-11, good standard rooms, coffee, bread, reasonable prices.

Don't try to make a reservation with Agoda. When you arrive, you'll be told they don't accept reservations with Agoda. and the caretaker speaks very badly Where will I find a place to stay on a long holiday like this?

1. The air conditioner is broken in many rooms. We moved to almost 4 rooms.2. The last room we chose to stay in had the air conditioner working but not cool (the room was hot like a fireplace in the late morning and like hell in the late afternoon and evening).3. During the less crowded period (10.00-13.00), the water flows normally, not strong, but the water is brown almost all the time.During the peak period (around 16.00-19.00) the water does not flow at all in every room.4. There are about 2 water trucks coming to fill the system around 8:00 p.m. and the water is from an artesian well system.(Recommendation: The staff take very good care of you. There are no technicians available)

Very disappointed. We paid 1200thb per room per night (we booked for two rooms). The staff is very friendly, however the accommodations are not worth the money! The mattress is really firm, the pillows are useless, and the shower is OK but lacks water pressure. Brownish water came out of the sink. People begin screaming around 8 a.m., and the walls are so thin that you can hear them yelling in your head! The accommodations were very basic and nothing outstanding. I suppose the place is fine, but come on, I rent condos in Phuket for 1500thb per night and get a seaview with terrace, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen. Some business owners are obscenely greedy.
