Room was smelly.Matrass was very hardThere's free WiFi in the lobby but NO WiFi in the roomBreakfast is 1 instant coffee ( with sugar already in it !!!) And 1 small bowl of rice soup with a few small pieces of chickenShower: luckily warm water but almost no pressure on the waterRoom does not have a refrigerator even not a water kettle. There's nothing but just a bed.Beach is at 1.5 kmWe paid 1200 thb. Even half of that price I would consider too high given the poor conditions of the room

Not good value for the price. The room was dirty with insects in it. The Aircon was very noisy plus the insulation was very poor making sleeping very difficult all night

This is the second time. The first time came after the first round of Covid.This time comes after the second round of Covid. There has been quite a bit of change. Even though less than a year has passed, the room price for 2 people is 1,200.-This time we brought a breed of dog with us and charged a bounty of 200.-.We're not very impressed with the price. We consider it acceptable.1. The maintenance is not as much as it should be. The resort has just opened recently. It shouldn't deteriorate this quickly. But overall still okay2. It's good to have food you can order and eat in your room. Because the owner previously operated a seaside restaurant. The taste is average, enough to eat.3. Things that make us feel uncomfortable this time are: The bed has dust. It's like the accommodation doesn't have many customers coming. May not have gone in to check details before the customer stayed. I couldn't sleep all night because of itching. I am a person with sensitive skin. We went with the house and there was dust in both rooms (if the owner reads this, Improving it will help a lot.)4. But the good thing is that the owner is attentive and provides good service.5. Have your own coffee shop Good for coffee lovers.6. Breakfast is a little too little, not diverse, just pork porridge and coffee or brewed Ovaltine. If you want soft-boiled eggs, you have to add more money.Finally, it is also a good room for travelers. But I want you to take care of it. Maintain the rooms better than this.
