I’ve visited here a few times, each for a few weeks to months. It’s the best place to stay in town. The manager is very kind and accommodating and the place is nice, safe, and quiet. In the summer fruit grows from the trees. They also have bicycles and motor bikes you can rent.

The rooms are cheap, the quality is ok, the entrance is small, but the inside is nice and shaded. Many people come to stay. The room price is 350 baht, has air conditioning, hot water, and a single bed.

This is my second time staying at Phannu house. Such a lovely little spot. Clean and well cared for. Secure and easy to get around. Always had plenty of water for the room too. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mae Sot.

Loved this guest house! Very clean and tidy. Well taken care of. Can't beat it for location and price. Secure with gate to the road and guard at night. double locks on the doors. Nice wifi speed as well.

Highly, highly recommend. The owners are exceedingly helpful and kind. The rooms are modest but, more importantly, clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the room, and that level of normalcy allowed me to focus on being in Mae Sot. I wasn't worrying about where I would sleep. If you are coming to this area you should certainly stay here!
