Overnight 500 baht. The mattress is ok. The bathroom is good. The air conditioner is cool but a bit noisy. There is hot water and Ovaltine coffee. Self-service bread is good.

Brother Niwat, the owner of the room, takes very good care of him. The room is very clean. Located in the heart of the community Next to Umphang Police Station There are rooms in a building and 3 bungalows. Next time will go to stay again.

Rooms in the house or separate bungalows out the back for 500 baht. Very clean and well maintained property. Central location near good eating options and convenience stores. No problems during my stay. Good value for money.

Clean, worth the price of 500 baht per night. Unfortunately there is no breakfast. There's only coffee and bread.

The view from the upstairs room is beautiful. Cheap price, the owner is kind and friendly, have the opportunity to stop by again. I have only one complaint. The awning that is used to cover the air compressor when it rains makes a very loud noise, haha.
