The room is very clean. The room is large and comfortable. The shower has hot water, comfortable showering. There is an air conditioner but it is not turned on. It's already very cold.

This must be THE BEST place in Umphang.Very friendly owner Dech, made us feel like at home.You can discuss with him indicidually created tours (rafting is highly recommended), and are getting the most for your money.Super good value for your money.When staying in Umphang then in UMPHANG HOUSE with Dech.

The room is very good. There is an air conditioner and a fan. The weather is very cold. You don't have to rely on the air conditioner at all. The atmosphere is good. The owner provides good service. Very friendly and cute. Just came back today so I'll give you a suggestion.

No motorbikes for rent in umphang. They get stolen and taken to myanmar.

Rubber boat trip service to Tee Lo Su Waterfall, wake up early to see Doi Hua Mot, 3 meals for 2,500 baht (we went a lot, leaving 2,300 baht per person). The price is very good, worth it. I think the service staff are very good, everyone. Accommodation. Suitable for relaxation, cool air conditioning, has a water heater. If you follow the Google map, it will go to the front of the accommodation. Turn around and you will see the entrance.

I would give it 5 stars because the rooms are good and affordable. The accommodation is nice. Rooms with or without air conditioning and a nice mosquito net. They have a toaster and instant coffee and hot water service or you can bring sachets of tea or coffee with milk or sliced bread from the Seven Eleven that is nearby. They have a pick-up service to divert cars heading to Um Phang, Peung Kleung to the accommodation. But, although here we all shower before going to sleep and the area is for adventure sports, I was not happy to discover that they do not change the sheets between guests if they see that they are clean. Something that seemed very unhygienic to me since even if the sheets are good and clean, it is essential to change them to avoid the spread of infectious diseases.
