Come at 11 p.m., there will be employees sleeping in the office. The lights are turned off in the room, but you can call the number. We came with old people and children. Things will be a lot and messy. The school does not provide wheelchairs. You have to carry things up to the room yourself. There are no employees to help lift. Should it be late? The employee at the counter saw us and asked if there was a cart that could carry things up to the room. The employee answered no. So we crashed into the cluttered thing on top ourselves. Both children and elderly people helped each other 2 times. I suspect the staff was sleepy because we came late at night.Wake up early and eat a buffet. There's coffee, ovaltine, rice porridge, 3-4 kinds of food. We may arrive late at 8:00 a.m. The food ran out first. There is leftover boiled rice and fried rice. The national car can eat it.As for the swimming pool, we can't play yet. It's an emerald pool. It's small so we can't play in the water.There are employees, but there aren't any. We checked out the unkempt design. But it's like we don't exist. Until we brought a car to lift things into the car in an untidy way. Mother with child and old person of the face. At school, someone came running to ask if I had returned the key yet. Glad I thought I'd come help lift things up 😂 Oh, we forgot to return the key 😅 That's it..end of review😌

The atmosphere is warm, like being in a community. There are people playing football in the parking lot. The swimming pool had children playing football in it. There was no water in the pool. The balcony railing was full of clothes drying. There are children running around. Along the walkway in front of the room There were people sitting and using mobile phones next to the room door, and another room a little further away. There's a party. Singing karaoke until almost midnight. In the morning there is breakfast, boiled rice, steamed rice, delicious.

Truly it could be one of the best options in Mae sot. Stayed there for the first time with a better expectation.So far lived in many hotels in Thailand and abroad and believe a good hotel consists of firstly service then facilities and location. Location wise this place is very good one. Spacious hotel area, nice buildings. But how a nice property can have almost non existing service.Most fittings are not working. Room entrance door was broken, terrace door lock was broken, no toilet ventilation, no service phone, no hot water pot and literally no room service. It's nothing to do with pre or post covid situation. When booking the hotel - thought found our favorite place in Mae sot. Well, answer is within.Positive thing is - location, a clean swimming pool, priceDidn't like: Everything else.Worth to stay again? - I and my friends wont.
