Complete all questions. I normally never travel to Nara. This was the first time and I was very impressed. I've been looking for a long time for a place like this. Separate pool, few people, very cheap price compared to the room, plus the bathroom is open and not uncomfortable. Overall, I really like it. I have no complaints.

TO THE MANAGEMENT PARTYMUR-SEA RESORTIN MY OPINION, TO BE HONEST FROM ME THIS PLACE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND INTERESTING.. I DO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY HERE, I AM SATISFIED.. THE AREA IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THERE IS A POOL.. BUT THERE ARE 2 THINGS FOR ME TO ADD TO MAKE YOUR RESORT IMPROVE GOOD IN THE FUTURE..AS A TRAVELER I HAVE BEEN TO MANY PLACES.. I HAVE VARIOUS ISSUES TO MENTION.. BUT YOUR RESORT IS INCLUDING MY FAVORITE RESORT..FIRST, I HAD RENT 2 ROOMS.. 1 SMALL ROOM FOR 1,200BATH (4 PEOPLE, ME, WIFE, 10YEAR-OLD CHILD AND 8YEAR-OLD CHILD) AND A LARGE ROOM FOR 2,400BATH (10 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN AND ADULTS).. SO HERE'S THE COUPON POOL FOR SMALL ROOM ONLY 2, MEANS FOR POOL BATH I NEED TO BUY 2 MORE.. FOR LARGE ROOM THE POOL COUPON IS ONLY 4.. THIS MEANS I HAVE TO PAY FOR 8 PEOPLE TO PLAY POOL.. HERE IS THE PRICE YOU SET FOR 100BATH POOL ..100BATH x 8 PEOPLE = 800 BATH NOT INCLUDING THE PRICE OF DRESS RENTAL.. HERE IS WHAT I EXPLAINED, THE PRICE OF SWIMMING IN THE POOL IS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND THE PRICE IS ALSO THE SAME BETWEEN ADULTS AND CHILDREN.. I HOPE YOU WILL REDUCE THE PRICE OF SWIMMING IN THE POOL TO LIGHTEN THE BURDEN CUSTOMERS WITH NO COUPONS.. AND I ALSO RECOMMEND ADDING POOL COUPONS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS STAY AT YOUR PLACE.. RELATED TO THAT PRICE, BECAUSE1- TOO EXPENSIVE2- CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PAY MORE FOR POOL AND CLOTHES RENTAL.REGARDING THE RENT OF THE SHIRT, I AM VERY SUPPORTIVE AND I AGREE WITH THE AMOUNT OF RENT SET BY YOUR PARTY..THE SECOND THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS REGARDING THE LOBBY SERVICE..I HOPE YOU CAN IMPROVE THE SERVICE IN THE 24 HOUR LOBBY TO MAKE IT EASY FOR CUSTOMERS.. I HAD THIS ISSUE MYSELF.. AT 1-2 AM, I WENT TO THE LOBBY BUT THERE WAS NO STAFF ON DUTY THAT TIME.. THAT'S WHY I CONTACTED YOU ABOUT RENTING A MATTRESS.. BUT THE ANSWER THE STAFF GAVE ME WAS VERY SAD.. I WANT TO RENT A MATTRESS BECAUSE MY LARGE ROOM DOESN'T FIT, AND THERE ARE MY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WANT TO SLEEP BELOW.. THAT'S WHY I WENT TO DEAL WITH THE MATTRESS RENTAL.. AFTER I CALLED THE SERVICE AND THE ANSWER OF THE STAFF WAS VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED ME.. THE STAFF SAID"NOW, THE STAFF ARE ALL SLEEPING".. THAT ANSWER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE CUSTOMER.. BECAUSE THE COMFORT OF THE CUSTOMER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.. I EMPHASIZE HERE BECAUSE IF THERE IS A DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOMER'S ROOM, WILL THE STAFF'S ANSWER BE THE SAME?THEREFORE, I HOPE, YOUR PARTY CAN IMPROVE AND IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF POOL PRICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Things that should be given importance are not given importance.Beautiful view, good atmosphere, the only disadvantage. The service staff is very bad, looking down on the guests if they are not ready and have no service mind. Go do something else. Don't do this kind of work.

My Familu Really love the place and definately will come again.. we came from sungai golok (40min) and can go to Narathiwat Town & beach within 10-15min.. for grocery, can go to Big C & 7-Eleven

Using the pool service is good. But outside food and water are prohibited from eating in this area. From observation, if it's food from a restaurant, you can eat it near the pool.

I gave them only 3 stars because the air conditioner was not working well, it only felt like fan flow, and the water was also not clean, it's like being contaminated with rust or red mud. I hope they will fix it soon. But other things should be said as a compliment to them.

The atmosphere of the resort is very calm. Take a room near the beach. Clean room. It is worth the price. Booking via fb. Pay cash when checking in. Very easy to deal with because you can use the Malay language. His beach is the best. It is very clean. The dusk is beautiful

Anyone who goes must be careful that the owner is eavesdropping on the CCTV conversation. Today, we brought food in ourselves but we haven't eaten it yet. It's still in the bag and on the table near the pool. Then we ordered food from the school. We ate for a very long time and a waiter came to tell us that we were not allowed to eat outside food here and said that if we ate it we would be fined 500. We teased that the fine was really cheap, just 500* (even though we hadn't taken it out yet). From another bag, we also brought guests to stay here) and then we told the owner that the person next to us brought it to eat. The answer was that he was a guest who came to stay and could eat it. I feel bad. Moreover, we go almost every week.

The resort is after Narathiwat town towards to tak bai. It has 2 main area . The receptionist.swimming pool and a few rooms just beside the main road while another area is at the seaside.We booked the room at the seaside and it’s a new building with a lovely garden.There’s a barbecue area where you can do your own barbecue gathering.This place is good for a family with small children because there are swimming pool and 2 other pools playgrounds for kids.The free breakfast is included like nasi goreng, fruits and coffee.I’ll visit this resort again in future.
