The employees don't smile and don't welcome guests. They don't know what they're asking. If you are going to do service work and just answer that you don't know. You should resign and let someone else do it for you. Service work is smiling at customers. Don't make a sullen face all the time. And I feel very bad about having the housekeeper go and collect the room fee since the morning. Why don't you wait for customers to come down and pay at the counter? Even though the staff knew that we returned late that day. Then the security guard found out that we couldn't transfer money that night because the app was closed. In the morning at 7:00 a.m., the housekeeper came knocking on the door to demand the room rent. It was very disappointing and the housekeeper was very disrespectful. We had glasses in the room for 3 days. The housekeeper didn't clean it. Hung to clean the garbage in the room, it wasn't picked up until I had to hang it to clean another day before collecting the garbage. It's a very bad hotel. Bad from the housekeeper to the receptionist

Let me explain something to the manager of this hotel who still doesn’t seem to understand how much of a problem she is and tries to blame paying customers of the hotel. When a customer asks you a question and you ignore that question 5 times or more then yes the customer is likely to lose their temper and react in a bad way. So yes hitting my hand against the counter and the elevator was in response to being ignored. And it was a justified reaction. If I am breaking Thai laws in any way then you can call the police. Otherwise you have to take responsibility for the fact that if you treat customers in a bad way then they will react in a bad way. That is your problem, not mine!P.S - This is one review not two as the manager incorrectly states.
