The room is clean. The room is spacious. There is a private living room. There is a water heater. There is a very good cooling air conditioner. There is a TV that can watch Netflix and WiFi is available. The hotel is next to the river, making the weather very good. And the morning atmosphere is very beautiful See both mountains and rivers The hotel has a spacious parking lot.

Great place, friendly and helpful owner, rooms are new and clean, with a lot of nice details (kettle and coffee in the room etc). Separate bathroom and shower, high quality brands used too (Samsung/Panasonic/haier). Nice simple tasty breakfast included, highly recommended and will absolutely stay here again

Went to stay at night and there were big ants all over the bathroom. Plus in the morning I was charged an additional 100 baht. The owner said Went to use the wrong bathroom. Very confused. Just went to pee once and lost 100 baht. Is this the owner's service?

Clean and quite new place, good location although the beds and pillows were super hard. Not the best night of sleep we had but the owner is super friendly and helpful. Nice place for a one night stop

The host is very very nice. The rooms are spacious, new and really very clean. We got a free room upgrade. There is a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc. The small, fairly new complex is surrounded by fields, which is why you have an idyllic view from the room's balcony or terrace. Breakfast is Thai and freshly cooked. It's best to let us know in the evening if you follow a vegetarian/vegan diet. We had delicious chicken soup with rice. Overall, really great value for money and we would definitely book again! We felt very comfortable. :-)PS: There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel where you can choose from a few dishes in the evening (70 to 90 Baht) and breakfast is also served in the morning.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The entire complex is well maintained, as good as new and offers a great view of mountains and rice fields. The host was very friendly. For breakfast there was delicious home-cooked food.I recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Really nice owner! Rooms are very clean and modern. Airconditioning was also perfect. In the morning he made us a traditional breakfast. At the end he let us borrow the waterhose to clean our car!Ps. Ridicilous story about the owner down below in the review.

During our the stay here, we were repeatedly threatened by the owner of Dreamriverside Guesthouse in Mae Sariang. This man acted in a menacing manner during our stay, threatened us and then called the Thai Police on us as we were about to leave, claiming we haven't paid. Ultimately, about half dozen police officers arrived and we were held hostage for a long time. After repeatedly showing the booking confirmation and the paid receipt to the chief officer and, after much stressful back-and-forth, as well as helpful assistance from a local resident expat, we were finally allowed to leave. The expat mentioned that the owner of this hostel has harassed multiple other guests in the past. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Everything is perfect, the room is clean and have all basic amenties. Great place, private, airly and nice space around the hotel. The owner very helpful and warm. I stop here for travel to Baan rak Thai this place refresh me very well the bed is very comfy and all the place just super clean. love everything about this hotel. Recommended!
