Baan Kathi Sod is comfortable for people who don't want luxury. Affordable price, more than a kilometer from the walking street. The room is clean..comfortable corner to lie back on when returning from traveling tired.....

There is a large courtyard here. You can sit in groups and drink together, chilling. There are both in front of the fire and around small tables.As for the rooms, they were good. Our group stayed in 3 rooms next to each other (there were 5 people in our group).Good thing when booking and requesting an extra bed, there was a mail from the accommodation saying that There are no extra beds here. Therefore must reserve 3 rooms.The blankets at the accommodation are warm enough.But in the bathroom I would like to improve in that part. More power drops when turning on the heater. It's not a blackout. But the light will dim as the water heater temperature is adjusted. which is very damaging to eyesightIf the accommodation can solve this problem It will be great.

A really nice and quiet place a little far from the city so there is a problam so you need a scooty here but in pai you take scooty anyway so it makes it all right.

Really nice and quiet place. Very nice staff. They serve beer and all kinds of other drinks. Highly recommend for a nice chill evening! Good for overnight stay (probably longer) clean toilets and nice cats around

The bed is too hard and the hot water in the bathroom is cold... The facilities are bungalow-like and pretty, but it's so uncomfortable that I only stay for one day and leave. The price is cheap, but I think a guesthouse on the main road would be much better.

Very good. You should watch the sunset at the tree house. Make a bonfire and cook food in the evening. It's even better to be a group member.

Boo is amazing!! Had such a nice stay with wonderful staff. Very chilled out place a little outside of the city. It was a quick drive on the motorbike to town. Guitar is a huge bonus! Thank you for a nice time in Pai.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights and loved it. The vibes were exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of open space and room to work. Really cool hangout area. Firepit, guitar...I couldn't ask for more. It's about 3 minutes from the town center on a scooter, which was perfect for us. Boo was very friendly and sweet.

Friendly style accommodation, affordable price, friendly and caring staff, not far from the walking street, about 15 minutes. There are 1 very nice rooms to stay, but reservations must be made many months in advance. Because there are so many queues There is a courtyard in the middle for drinking beer in the air.

||Great place to stay and picnic with family & friends in Pai. Even the bungalow fit in it's size but they provide comfort bed. Room also clean. I so much enjoy my stay here. The location surround by rice fields and a few restaurant nearby.
