Room is amazing close to the beach, free use of water sports equipment is a big bonus. The pool is perfectly located by the beach. WiFi is good for this island. The food is bad, I had a glass noodle salad that had so much salt my tongue was raw after 1 bite, I couldn’t eat it but it’s 170baht!!! Penang chicken was watery and sweet. Rent a motorbike and go out to eat if you stay here, otherwise it’s very nice for 2 nights.

strength- Beautiful, peaceful- Lots of activities- Delicious food- Rooms in front of Low Season are cheap (stay at the end of September). Very lucky, no rain, good weather.- The receptionist is very good.- There is free afternoon snack.- There is free coconut oil- has a free surfboard- Complete room amenitiesImprovements- censor detects movement The sound waves are very annoying.- The internet signal is unstable.- Golf cart rental is expensive 😅 It's not worth it for 2-3 people.

We loved our 2 nights at this hotel!The room is very large and modern, with a balcony that overlooks the sea and the vegetation. The staff are adorable and always attentive.The restaurant and breakfast were very good. The swimming pool, huge and with a view of the sea!Free shuttle from the port and scooter rental directly on site, super convenient.

Great resort with a first-class location.Probably the most beautiful beach on the island. At the time of my vacation (September) moderate to average attendance, despite mostly very good weather.Very nice and helpful staff. The best possible help is always available here.Breakfast buffet is good, lots of choice.

I read the reviews and thought it was a luxury resort. Unfortunately it is not. Many walkways and room areas are in need of repair.They have a sand fly problem on the beach, you will be eaten alive, they provide some coconut oil but it really doesn't help. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. They would not return any money. It was still worth it to leave after my spouse and I had over 50 insect bites.Wifi was very poor overall until we asked for a personal router even then it was spotty.The breakfast buffet had little variety and bland food. The evening restaurant is very expensive for such little portions.The staff did not seem to care about resolving our issues and were disinterested. We did ask to be comped but decided to leave even though they took all our money. I would not recommend staying here.

Personally, the sea waves are very calm. Because we came to stay during August, the room was clean and the service staff took good care of us. The food is more expensive than the restaurant. Not much from the outside, delicious food, clean, but be careful of insects. Gnat bites are painful. The school has coconut oil prepared for you to apply before playing in the water. Very important for people with allergies

The hotel room is nice, but there is a woman at the hotel counter who is not very kind, has a bad face, and is annoying. Such a person is not suitable for front desk service

We stayed in the upper room at the Hausen am Berg for 8 nights. Brilliant view. Very rich breakfast, clean pool, clean beach, free use of canoes and standup boards, snorkeling at the end of the bay like in the aquarium.

The rooms are good. Come during the rainy season. The rooms are quite cheap and there aren't many people. Everything is stamped. The staff provided good service, good recommendations, spacious rooms, strong water, all in all very good value.

Very peaceful. Definitely come again. Beautiful long beach. Good service staff. Delicious food. There are kayaks and boards for free rental. The rooms are wide and the bathrooms are spacious.

The hotel is beautiful, modernly decorated and is located on a beautiful, deserted beach. It is perfect for anyone who wants to have a relaxing time. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms at the top of the hill and had a great view of the bay. You can also book bungalows down on the beach. The hotel provides free transfers to and from the ferries. The breakfast is decent. You can also have a good lunch and dinner at the hotel. What should be highlighted is the very courteous staff who take care of all conceivable concerns (even at a late hour). Moped or golf cart can be rented. We were sad to leave after three nights.

Price performance ratio not appropriate. The waitresses barely speak and understand English. Cleanliness OK. But you should look at the picture of my toilet and reconsider your opinion. A lot of work is done with fragrance oil. You have to like it.The loungers in front of my bungalow are broken. There was no warm water from the shower on two days. Some of the steps are incredibly high, making it difficult to get to the terrace. No other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This means you are restricted to a limited selection.No recommendation for meAnother addition to booking ferries through the hotel. This is where you will be deducted. A taxi ride to the airport for 12 minutes costs just 500 bath. Anyone who has ever tried Grab knows exactly what a hotel rip-off it is. There are other providers too.
