The service staff is very bad. Leave the key But he went into the customer's room. Went to collect the room even though the customer's things were still there. Then claimed that he thought the customer had already left. Even though I haven't checked out yet. And most importantly, the employees just sit and play games and don't care about the customers. Traveling to Laos for the first time, not impressed at all.

Dirty water stains stuck to the walls of the room next to the stairs. There were no windows, no door locks, the smell inside the building, at the restaurant, the smell of food, the humid smell, and I couldn't sleep. In a place like this

Love this hostel. Very kind people, very quiet. Great prices plus delicious food. One block from the night market. We came twice in February 2024. The bedrooms are adequate to the price.

I was forced to spend the night in this hotel. The worst thing is that the price does not match these rooms! 15 dollars for this room is simply a robbery. And the hosts take advantage of this. The linen was dirty. I asked to change it, a girl came, and when she started changing the linen, I saw this terrible mattress. She had to change several sheets, since all that she brought, supposedly clean, also turned out to be dirty. In the bathroom, water was constantly flowing from the sink. There was, of course, no window. But there was a window in the bathroom and the noise continued all night. The staff were polite and courteous, but this did not brighten up the stay. Dear hotel owners, sometimes you need to invest in business, and not just take money from guests for lack of amenities and cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel for stay. For the same price, I lived on the next street in a hotel with a great room and quality!

Room without a window, I wanted a room with a window, according to the receptionist everything is fully booked, maybe tomorrow, he said. The room is small and painted dark gray. If you turn off the light, the electricity also turns off, i.e. no socket has any more power, charging a cell phone or PC overnight is not possible unless you leave the light on. During the night there was an unbearable stench like a cesspool. I spent half the night outside the room on the public balcony because everything was fully booked. I complain in the morning. The new receptionist is very friendly and responds quickly. He tells me that the problem is known and that all the rooms on this site have this problem again and again. He recommends that I move to another hotel. But I don't want to spend the remaining 2 days looking for a room, so I stay in the "new" room with a window. The problem with the sockets remains, no power without lights on. The mattresses here are also very, very hard, so you can also sleep on the floor, it's about the same. Unfortunately I paid in advance. I wanted some of my money back. At first I was promised it, but in the end I was denied it. If you want to avoid trouble and stress, you should avoid this hotel. The whole thing is just a rip off.

Nice, room ok, ideal for two nights. But nothing more. No elevator, complicated with heavy luggage on the 4th floor. No cleaning or water left in the rooms when we were there. And then it's a shame that the A/C air conditioning isn't cleaned, I had to take care of it myself because of the risk of allergies and it obviously hasn't been done for a long time.But if not that it's ok, go there for 1 or 2 nights.Drop a like +1 if this review helps you make a choice. + Cheap and decently clean. Good location- Bed uncomfortable, we can feel all the springs. Our room had a window on the street and an exhaust fan on the wall, which make it noisy since it's like sleeping with the window open. Bathroom stays wet for a while after showers and smells bad.

#1 it’s overpriced 200k minimum. Booked a room here late one night. First open the door no power at all, walked back down to reception to get them to fix the problem. Loud noise up until 12:30-1am literally the workers were playing music downstairs. so I couldn’t sleep. Also loud AC. Tv 0 signal. Then woken up by the cleaners who were slamming doors who literally start working at 9am. Hopped in the shower about 5 minutes later the power goes off, no heat, no lights no nothing had to get a flashlight out to see inside the dark room. The owner couldn’t care less about the quality of the rooms the mattress was very average. There are so many more guesthouses around that are 150k and would be much better then this. I had no choice because I arrived very late after my bus from van vieng took an extra 3 hours to arrive. Don’t go here

Sport Guesthouse is looked not clear! And in the room don't have anything. Just only TV and Small table. BUT the price is cheap. And it's nearby the Mekong river and can walk to the night market.
