I didn’t stay here, but what I didn’t like was that the fee for light is 7 baht, although the real cost of a kW is less than 5 baht. You also need to pay 500 baht for cleaning and 500 baht for water. Considering the additional costs and the high cost of electricity, the price is not so low. In fact, this is not an apartment, but a hotel room - there is no kitchen. For a hotel room far from the metro, this is too high a price.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The location was perfect. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. I can't wait to come back!

This time stayed for 1 month, i want to alert everyone for its electricity charges!don't know if it is the property wanted to make some gp on top of the charges or the meter reader is broken, i could have assumed the former is more likely to be the reason.A connecting room, around 40m2, which one room only have ac and ceiling light, another room i have AC, fridge, induction stove which i barely cooked, 1 kettle, 1 laptop/3mobile phones using daily, 1 month electricity is almost 3700B... Unbelievable! I have been staying in Thailand for over 4 years, never had such high electricity charged ever. In other property, my room was 45m2, (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom are clearly separated) normally around 1000B, and i cooked a lot, and had so many additional electrical equipments such as oven, table lamps, humidifier, fan, pet drinking/eating bowels, camera, coffee maker, hair dryer, rice cooker, soup maker, 1 more laptop, 1 more tablet, 1 kindle etc.They cannot provide any solid evidence of why my electricity charges, only numbers in writing and deduct from my deposit directly without my consent.It is my last stay here, and will never return. As a returned tenant this time, i felt sorry for my own choice and felt sorry for those who i had recommend this property to my friends and accquitances...will never come back!

20 minutes walk from On Nut station. BIGC is about a 10 minute walk away.The building and rooms are fairly clean. No gym or pool. There is a parking lot.In 2015, the rent was around 8,000 baht including internet. (The smallest room, probably around 26㎡)The reason I chose this property was that I could keep a pet, but there are no other benefits.The provided mattress was hard as a stone and I couldn't change the mattress as it wasn't a king or queen size, so I had a futon on the bed.There was a coin laundry behind the apartment, but there weren't many machines compared to the number of rooms, so I had a hard time doing laundry.The owner was a Palestinian at the time, and when he moved out, he was punished in various ways and the 15,000 baht deposit was not returned.

The area of Sukhumvit is extremely overpriced so if you want to be close to soi 11 and a BTS but able to get away and escape Monday-Friday, this is the best place to be.Thai staff are super friendly ,rooms are moderate in size. Rent is very affordable and pets are always welcome!
