The rooms are very beautifully decorated. I came to stay last year. But I was able to reserve the 1st floor this year, so I came back to stay again and reserved the 3rd floor.When I got the room I felt that The room was not well maintained, not clean at all, there was dust and hair almost everywhere in the room. The room had a smell coming from the pipe. You must open the door to release the smell every day. The door between the room and bathroom is very difficult to open, broken, making it difficult to open and close.The correction from the staff is that the room is like this normally and there is no room to change. Besides sleeping on the first floorThe feeling is that we paid the full price for the room. But got an incomplete room, so I didn't feel very good. Not very fair at allBut the view from the 3rd floor is very beautiful.Clean, cute staff, delicious foodI'd like to adjust it to breakfast until 11 a.m.The location is very good. Suitable for walking, running, exercising, close to food.Weekend parking is not enough for the number of rooms.

Went to stay for 4 nights during Songkran. Beautiful view, good location, basic breakfast. The bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor. In the room, there is a sliding door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom, but it is very difficult to open and not convenient to use.

I'm not sure if the employee in front of the counter is a homosexual or not. Speak very impolitely to customers. We go to stay, we pay the money. I didn't ask for free accommodation.

Employees gossip about customers Just go ask what time for breakfast. If you don't have a service heart, you don't have to come to work. Recommended to go and stay elsewhere.#In the room, water was dripping from the air conditioner.

Good location, next to the Mekong River, close to food. Near Naga PlazaThe room is wide.The bed is quite hard.It doesn't keep much sound. When people walk and talk in the hallway, they can hear it in the room.Delicious breakfastThe employees are friendly but may need to improve the service process.Because my personal experience with this matter is not good.The day we checked out, it was our fault that we forgot the iPad in the room.What feels bad is that the employees didn't even call to inform us.Even though there should have been a notification process or not?But it's good that I kept it and didn't disappear. I have to thank you for this part.In the future, if we can notify the customer/contact the customer urgently in the case that the customer forgets something at the accommodation, it is seen that this should increase the impression on the customer even more.

Good service staff, delicious food, cheap price, great atmosphere. But the bed is really hard. We drive from far away to relax. But the bed in room 12 is very hard. I want it to be changed. It will be better than before.

The hotel location is very good, next to the Mekong River. The rooms are quite new and the air conditioners are cool. But there is a problem with the toilet not flushing strong, maybe it's just the room. The bathroom wall wallpaper has some peeling. Want to improve Everyone provides good service. Except for the male check-out employee. They don't seem to care about customers. Should improve the breakfast, delicious and filling. All the housekeepers are very nice and helpful.

Hotel next to the Mekong River Good view, good atmosphere, very good room, has a door to separate the bathroom and bedroom, clean, complete with coffee set, kettle, hair dryer. But there's no elevator. Breakfast includes porridge, bread, and delicious pan-fried eggs.
