Used to stay regularly, no service, never said that most recently I paid 1000 baht for a security deposit, which was more expensive than the room rate. I was a bit embarrassed, but when I first checked out, I deducted 200 baht. They said the mattress was a little dirty. I just found the first place. Next, run away. There are many other good places to stay in Nong Khai (reviews added from answers because I couldn't reply to comments. If it's true, why didn't you tell me earlier? I won't be able to rest again. Everyone ran away. We have stayed here more than ten times. The last time we were charged a deposit of 1000, when we left, 200 was deducted for the cost of a soiled mattress. I've never had a room charge 500 and ask for a deposit of 1000. It's too much. That being said, it's strange, why did you keep it in the first place? Because last time you didn't keep it. I won't step on it again. Whoever goes, think carefully. And most recently, the power went out since morning and the water didn't flow. Really only slept for a few hours because I couldn't stay 😏 (Replying to the owner's comment, I'm sorry. I've never peed on it. I suspect you're remembering the wrong person. But it doesn't matter if I don't use the service.)

We stayed from 28 -31 July 2024, totaling 4 days.. The first 2 days, my girlfriend was the one who made the reservation. Entering the 3rd day We continue for 1 more day. The incident happened while we weren't there. Someone came into the room. and bring a change of towel The first 2 days No one came to change or refill tissues. or cleaning anything at all With our complacency, we are staying here for the 3rd time. I thought nothing would be lost. Plus he rushed out of the room because he rushed to help at a relative's funeral every day. As a result, we do not keep towels that are personal belongings separately. The towels we received were a gift (Polo brand), priced at over a thousand baht each. applied here It is similar in size and color to the resort's. It is a light gray smoke color. We have notified the page and LINE of the resort. By sending a video of the product in the box. What evidence do we have left on our phone? To clearly see the product brand They will be easily separated if washed together with the resort's items. After that, we received a message on the page saying that we will quickly fix it. So we stayed for another day and opened 4 more rooms for friends, making a total of 5 rooms, waiting for repairs. and think that the resort will rush to find it for us But the answer from the man in charge Told us with a calm expression, ""No, I can answer that at this time there are no towels that customers said were missing, none yet."" What I would like to tell people who come to stay here is: Many things are considered okay. But if you come to stay, we recommend taking pictures of your personal items. Always keep it first or say it clearly. Absolutely no one is allowed to come in. In our case, they said that the caretaker asked my girlfriend if she would like to come in and clean it. But the caretaker said Our boyfriend didn't say anything. So they went in, but what we found was that they hadn't cleaned anything, the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed. But change the towels and give extra water, soap, and shampoo, that's all. Take out 3 towels. But I changed it for 2 pieces. The housekeeper doesn't work carefully. I stayed for 3 nights. Got 2 bottles of drinking water from the first day of staying and didn't even ask if I wanted more drinking water. We took out the garbage and put it in a pile in front of the room for convenience in collecting, but they haven't come to pick it up yet.In summary, stayed for 3 days, received 2 bottles of drinking water, and towels were not asked if they would be changed. The owner of the face did not accept the guest at all.The room smelled very bad of cigarettes.

Advertised at 16 usd => 551 bath on Agoda. We go directly to the site. The price increases to 600 bath, so I book on Agoda for 2 rooms by paying directly on the site. He refuses the payment on his computer. And what's more, the young man looks at us laughing and no longer understands English. I go back to see on Agoda the rooms have gone to 18usd with the good old -20%. Thursday 4/01/2024. Thank you we found it cheaper!
