A very nice room with a wonderful evening view of the Mekong River. The hotel offers affordable and clean accommodations. Additionally, the host is incredibly friendly and kind, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning is absolutely inadequate and has to be supported by a fan, which then results in loud noises at nightThe support was only available by telephone and was rarely available on siteIt has better accommodations with better service in the area

The location is calm, the view is good, if there is no Pm2.5 on the day of going in April '24, it would be very good. The accommodation has 8 rooms. We got the last room. Almost didn't get a mattress, the mattress was soft and the view looked towards the Mekong River. Sandbar in the middle of the water It is recommended to prepare toiletries. Come this summer, it's going to be hot. In the room, you have to use the air conditioner to increase power with a fan to reduce it. The shower water is strong and good. Thank you to Sunflower Shop for recommending it. You won't be disappointed. 🌈💐🌺

The atmosphere is good. The hotel is next to the Mekong River, in front of the road, convenient to travel, beautiful rooms, good service. Passed by and would recommend it.

The service staff is very bad. Reserve 3-4 months in advance, pay in full. Reserve a room on the Mekong River for 5-6. When you actually stay, you are told to change rooms because the person staying there asked to stay 3 nights. When you complain that you shouldn't do this. Why don't you tell the people who come to stay that this room has already been reserved on the 5th night? On the 5th night, you have to move rooms. Instead, you tell the people who reserved 3-4 months in advance to move to another room. Dissatisfied employees and then made a dissatisfied sound Did you say you're going to stay? If you come in, will they move you to a room? Then I'll have someone clean it. Next question: We checked in at 4 p.m. and just asked them to move rooms. Let someone come and clean. What time will you be able to stay again? Told half an hour and it was done. (And will it be clean?) When I say that, it's okay. We agree to change rooms. But next time you shouldn't do this to other guests. He raised his voice. Do you want to get your money back? Then hang up the phone. Very bad manners….. In conclusion, it's better to move to another place to sleep. It's more comfortable than having to pay money to an accommodation with polite staff like this.

A very private house along the Mekong River. Watch the sunrise from the front of the room, very beautiful. But the big problem is The air conditioner is not very cool. Anyone who is hot must be very patient.

There was no one at the counter when I arrived, and no one answered the phone number on the counter. I called for a long time and no one came out. Finally, a young man smelling of alcohol showed up and told me that there was no room. I really didn’t believe it. There were a lot of keys checked out, and today was not a holiday, but I didn’t want to continue arguing with him and left.

The rooms and surrounding environment are good. Accommodation is each separate house. Every house has a view of the Mekong River. There is no restaurant on site, but the property allows you to order food to eat.But the thing that should be greatly improved is that the employees at the counter have no service mind at all. If they fix the customer service issue, they'll probably want to go back and stay again. Because the room and location are very good and clean.The place may be a bit far from the city center but it's quiet.
