We messaged via Facebook to enquire re staying and got an immediate response. Paid 1000b for fabulous room with magic view, very clean, comfortable bed, big fridge, and lovely new linen, strong wifi. Included awesome breakfast of traditional pan fried eggs, sausage and toast. Location has tesco opposite or 7 11 300m away. Great cheap restaurants close by on the water. Staff friendly but had no English.Highly recommend and worth the money.

Spent 2 days here and found it extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and spotless clean.The breakfasts I had were excellent. Pan eggs, toast and coffee.Had one dinner and that was also very good.Tu, who seemed to do everything, was wonderful.She spoke no English and we don't speak Thai but with Google Translate, we got through. With a few laughs.I would thoroughly recommend this establishment and would definitely stay there again.Thankyou Tu for your great service.

It sucks. The TV can only watch a few channels. The bathroom can be locked from the inside, but if the door is closed it is locked and cannot be opened. Moreover, the housekeeper who served breakfast had very poor manners. On March 28, 2024, she came to open the room, which was our family's only room. Other customers are more likely to stay in the hotel next door. After 5 minutes I was told my time was up. One room customer Whoever is taking a break, good luck.

Beautiful, clean accommodation, view of the Mekong River from the balcony of the room, very beautiful, comfortable mattress, pillows, strong water flow, good service, there is parking under the building. There is an entrance next to the hotel. Or you can park in front of the hotel on the roadside. Opposite the hotel is Lotus Fresh, very convenient.Room price is 1,000 baht including breakfast from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (choose 1 type: boiled rice / pan-fried egg / American breakfast)

1000 baht per night on the Mekong River. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV but can't see that the signal is weak. Clothes rack, kettle, 2 bottles of drinking water, no dryer.free wifi works well

Good view, ok bed, cleanliness passedThere is no driver provided and parking is on the roadside.Minus 1 star. Price is too high for other districts.Minus another 1 star, price in the thousands but breakfast is too little.

We haven been cycling for quit a few week already in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. So we have seen a lot of hotels.The Yard House was by far one of the best we have stayed.Perfect bed, spacy room, great view over the Mekong and a very good diner.The staf, although not able to communicate in English, was superb in helping.The owner, good English, was very helpful and can inform you about all sightseeings in the neigbourhood.It may not be the cheapest place to stay but worth every penny..

The good: Rooms were spacious with a balcony and Mekong river view. Convenient location, Tesco Lotus store opposite and restaurants nearby.The bad: No elevator only stairs. The hotel seemed under staffed and the service was slow in the evening and it wasn't busy. The staff in the morning had no idea about Breakfast and after frustratingly trying to get them to explain they produced a laminated card saying poridge or American Breakfast.Conclusion: Rooms were great and value for money. The service was poor perhaps due to lack of training. Would I stay here again? Yes but I'd eat out and skip breakfast.

The accommodation has a very good view, next to the Mekong River, 180 degree view.The owner and the young employees are very cute. Polite and humbleDownstairs is also open as a restaurant. The food is delicious.Breakfast has a choice of pork porridge, pan-fried eggs or American breakfast.The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. But because it was next to the road, I could always hear the sound of cars running outside.

The room is clean, the bed is super soft. The atmosphere is very good.The staff are lovely and the owner of the shop is friendly. The hotel also has food service. Good price, not expensive at all. All in all, I passed. If I have a chance I'll definitely stop by again :) #Clean, good service, nice to talk to.It's a gift for travelers.

Beautiful, clean, inexpensive accommodation in the middle of the city. There is breakfast to choose from. The mattress is very soft. The bedroom is spacious. The hotel owner is easy to talk to and friendly. Overall, I really like it.

The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom is big, there are 3 kinds of breakfast to choose from, clean, cheap, the receptionist provides very good service. Passing by again next time, will definitely have to rest.
