Worse experience! We booked via Airbnb Champion Hotel and arrived to Nana Backpackers hostel (Check in the map). Literally Champion Hotel doesn’t exist! We arrived to the noisy Nana Backpackers Hostel and being said there that actually it is the Hotel. The reception and lobby was full packed by youngsters and huge backpacks everywhere, even the floor. The promised pool in the photos was closed for maintenance, and when we complained and asked for a refund because basically it’s a scam the host only wanted to refund us a part. Happy thanks to Airbnb we were refunded and go to a better place for the same price.IMPORTANT: Don’t believe the good reviews. They are short and impersonal, so I’m pretty sure we’re paid or fake, and even the host (Homemfood) wrote one 5 stars. Avoid place.

The property is listed as Champion Hotel, but actually it is Nana Backpackers Hostel. It is not as appears on the listing. We have made a formal complaint to the booking site that we used. Despite the fact that there are banners everywhere showing that the property is Nana Backpackers Hostel, they insist that it is Champion Hotel.Almost all of the photos they have show a swimming pool. When we arrived, we were told that the swimming pool will be closed for the duration of our stay because they "want" to clean it. Not that they will clean it, just that they want to. As I write this, the time is 13:41 and there is no cleaning in progress.We blame ourselves. If a place has bad reviews from other users, then you should pay attention to these.

Clean rooms, 5 floors behind Wat Ong Tue. Good service staff including reception, cook, attentive to customers, breakfast provided, there is an elevator near the restaurant, near the night market.It's easy to walk around. If you want to go to Pratu Sai to see the fountain, it starts at 6-8 p.m. Use the indrive app and it's cheaper than a tuk tuk.

This was a wonderful hostel, especially in comparison to others in the city. We are backpacking and needed a place to stay on our 4th night on the city, we'd spent pur first two nights at a hostel in the area and our third night at another accommodation. Neither had room for us to stay the full length of our stay so we had to jump around. This accommodation had space for us for the remainder of our stay. The facilities were clean and spacious– the rooms were huge with lockers big enough to store our packs and the beds on the dorms were large with curtains for privacy. There common areas are extensive and includes gym, a pool, terraces, and seating areas in the lobby. The staff were amazing! They were very helpful and communicated with ease in english. Much better service experience than at other hostels in the area. The location of the hostel is central to everything with it being a bit more peaceful as it's off a main road.

Needed a room quickly and paid without seeing the room at this hotel. Best to ask to view the room first, believe me.I had a family room to myself but is very small for a group of three or four. Next problem: a complete lack of customer care. There was a small fridge dumped in the corner that needed to be dragged to the nearest power point and then, it didnt work. I had to insist it was changed and the second one also didn’t work. Dirty walls, broken toilet seat, badly-leaking basin … just a litany of maintenance disasters with no follow-up. Maniacal smoking in what is supposed to be an eating area… they seem to confuse its customer type but happily indulge package tourists. Avoid.

We came here twice because we loved this hotel. There‘s a small fitness room and a pool, the room was clean, the Breakfast good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We can recommend it!

The date of check-in is to choose a single room. The equipment inside the room such as "the closet" cannot be used. The old bed sheets, old towels and the bathroom accessories are not complete, which is not commensurate with the price paid compared to other places (not impressive).
