Employees should improve The matter should be passed on to the next person. I'll ask everyone. This is bad. The price of the pillow is only a few baht. But people are going to travel far. It was necessary to stay for 5 nights. I thought I would get my pillow back. It was quiet. If the staff explained and apologized for not being able to find the pillow, I wouldn't mind at all. But here the staff acted like they didn't know and just brushed it off (certainly won't stay again).

The accommodation should improve. Selling extra mattresses(1 set of extra mattress) Price that customers pay per 1 set. That is, everything should be included, consisting of a mattress + sheets + blankets + pillows + towels.It is not a separate purchase. Each piece is priced like this, in total 100+100+20+50 = 270฿ while the room price is 350-400 baht.
