Please leave some comments. As we are customers-Room 9/10 because it is a new hotel.-Parking 6/10 is not very good. Because it's close to an educational institution, it's not convenient. I'm the owner of the car. It's normal to love your car, even if you have a security guard.-Reception staff 9/10 considered good service.-Key deposit/key card deposit 3/10, please comment a lot. Considered not fair to customers, that is, when we stayed, we had to pay immediately. But when checking out, the money will be transferred before 6 p.m. (the customer scans the deposit), especially if someone is forgetful like me. I don't know if I'll get it back or not. 100 baht isn't a lot. I just wish there was a correction at this point that would be better.thank you

The hotel is recent and new, the furniture is new and the space is well organized. The location is good, close to two large markets and also close to a large boulevard with food stalls and bars. The staff and atmosphere are great!!

Visiting friends and family in Buriram, we stayed ten nights in July at this hotel, Snow House Buriram. As far as I understood, the hotel opened in 2022, and all the facilities appeared brand new. The rooms are not that big, but are furnished in a smart and functional way that makes use very practical. The rooms are also equipped with a relatively large fridge with freezer section. The bed was suitably soft. The cleanliness of the room and other premises was exceptionally good. The staff were very pleasant, smiling and welcoming. Check-in went quickly. One must deposit 100 baht in cash for possible loss of key card. The promotional price for the room was 650 baht, which must be said to be favorable compared to the standard of the premises. We did not have our own vehicle, but the parking facilities seemed to be good. In the evening and at night, the outdoor areas are monitored by a security guard. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but offers biscuits, coffee and tea at reception in the morning. The nearest place to eat is a small restaurant called Sun Off, which is located directly across the street from the hotel. It is run by a very nice young man, who makes simple but tasty Asian dishes. He can also deliver food to your hotel room. The opening hours for Sun Off are normally from 11.00 to 20.00, but may vary somewhat. If you like Italian food, there is a well-known Italian restaurant, Osteria Italia, just four or five minutes' walk down the street. Otherwise, it is only about a five minute walk to the main road, route 2445, near the roundabout with the King Rama 1 Monument, where there are many street food restaurants and other places to eat. Hotel Snow House is located in a quiet but central area, with a short distance to many of Buriram's attractions. If you don't have your own vehicle, Grab works very well in this city. Use Grab's app and book a car. There is usually always a free car in the immediate vicinity. We will certainly choose to stay at Snow House next time we come to Buriram.

At first I thought it was a hotel parking lot. Another day, I'll go park. There is a motorcycle blocking the road. So I asked the man from the building next door who's car it was. Can you move for me? I can't get in. Where is your anger coming from? Said it wasn't a hotel parking lot. Parked without consideration for people coming in and out. We were like, what the fuck? And she kept complaining. So I had to clear this up with the hotel myself. Your uncle has a very sharp mouth.

The rooms are better than the price. The bed is very good. It is a newly opened hotel. The rooms are all new and clean. Pay attention to small details. The staff are polite and helpful. Near 7-11, Night Market. There is a laundry shop not far away. You can reserve directly with the school. It is a very good place to stay in Buriram if comparing the price.
