I don't know the rooms, but judging by the rest of this new establishment, it must be good.I only ate at the hotel's beach restaurant about 15 times.Correct overall, an idyllic decor with good dishes, a little small and with slightly higher prices, corresponding to the standard of the establishment.A BIG PROBLEM FALLS with the manager of the establishment. Ask the service people to clean their part of the beach. It is unacceptable to have to remove garbage left by unclean people. Awareness is required.

Our holiday to The Wynn and Koh Jum was amazing. This is a luxury hotel for Koh Jum and is absolutely beautiful and high quality rooms, pool, service and gardens but if you are expecting a ‘resort’ this is not the place for you and probably neither is Koh Jum.The staff are brilliant and special thank you to Eng, Jack and Tong for making our stay so special - nothing was too much trouble and always a smile xx.You only need to ask for a scooter at reception and Eng will sort it for you straight away - great condition scooters too.The restaurant food on the beach was a little more expensive that’s some of the local restaurants but was very nice and definitely worth it (still really cheap).For hotel residents I’d like to make a suggestion - please remember to tip the staff - it is easy to put food and drinks on the bill but this means the staff may miss out on being rewarded for their great service.Koh Jum is our new favourite island and we will definitely be back to The Wynn Thank you to Eng and the whole team for making our stay so fabulous.

It is a hidden gem, the best boutique resort on Ko Jum that Thai people still don't know much about. Most of the guests I met were European.Recommend it. Beautiful hotel with both villas, pool access rooms and seaviews. Quiet atmosphere, delicious food, clean sandy beach, able to snorkel. From the front of the hotel The pool is very beautiful and clean.

Beautiful, small, family hotel with a great beach, good restaurant and chic pool. Breakfast was simple but really good and made to order individually. The rooms were large and clean, the staff was very attentive. A bit out of the way, but a good thing for kohjum. We look forward to coming back at some point :-)

Fabulous hotel on a lovely island - staff very friendly, rooms large and clean - complimentary mini bar restocked daily with water, soft drinks, beer, crisps and biscuits which was a lovely touch - location perfect for the beach and some lovely family run restaurants very close by - would definitely recommend

Beautiful resort right on the beach with a great pool. Large clean rooms, good service. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, but hardly any Asian food. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area and there is a very cheap self-laundry service opposite. You can rent scooters from the resort. We had three lovely days there as a family of four!

New structure, very nice, spacious room, I booked with a sea view, which wasn't there... the thing that didn't let me sleep for 4 nights was the bathroom... nice, but with a strong smell of sewer. Under the sink there are holes and on the floor there is an open area where the water from the shower flows away. When we turned on the light in the bathroom the first day there were cockroaches crawling into those holes, the size of a lighter. I don't have problems with insects, but if you pay more, at least insulate well... sunbeds tied on the beach under palm trees full of coconuts and dry branches and in the wind one of them fell a meter from the sunbed and it hit me if I was fine, I remained disabled. Be careful, a coconut or a branch on your forehead could cause serious damage!!!! Reported the fallen branch to the staff. ... total indifference .... Too bad a little more attention to the palm trees, the old branches must be removed because near us there were 2 children like me one meter away !!!!!!!!....

A fantastic hotel on a really magical island! It feels like a secret paradise that only a few people are lucky to know about. The grounds are spectacular, the service is 100%, the pool is lovely, and the walk through the gardens to step directly on to the beach really tops it off. It is modern whilst still in a traditional style and they really care about their guests. After coming from a much busier Krabi, this was a complete chillout experience and so we didn't feel as though we had to even leave the resort beyond dropping by the nearby Rock Bar at sunset and visiting the handful of local shops and restaurants on the road outside the hotel. I challenge anyone to not love this experience, we miss it and the amazing sunsets already - we will be back but hopefully the island holds back on lots more development in the meantime...

Very nice, quiet hotel on an island that is not yet very touristy. Great service, always friendly and accommodating. A beautiful green area. Everything works here on the basis of trust. Excursions with the longtail boat from the beach in front of the hotel are possible wherever you want :) We were able to easily use the hotel scooter and explore the whole island. I'm sure that in 5 years the island will unfortunately be just as touristy as most of the others already are. Therefore, if you want peace and quiet and want to see how simply people still live here, you should get here quickly :) many nice bars and restaurants within walking distance or everything by tuk tuk. It's so quiet that everything is often closed here at 10 p.m. We would have liked at least the bars to be open a little longer. We also had live music in the hotel, where it was full and lasted longer.There are beautiful sunsets here and the sun sets behind the Phi Phi Islands.The massage in the hotel itself is great and I can only recommend it, right on the beach it's wonderful :-)

Fantastic place, very recent structure, well furnished, strategic location facing the beach, but there is also a nice swimming poolExcellent breakfast with a wide all-inclusive choice, dinner on the outdoor terrace facing the sea (or in the dining room if it rains), good food and moderate prices. Very friendly service. A great place for a vacation!

We stayed here for five nights with our 6 year old daughter. We more than enjoyed the time and the peace and quiet here. Our family room was great for our standards. The owners looked after us very well and were more than friendly. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great hotel resort! Very well maintained complex with a beautiful pool.The rooms are large, kept very clean.The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is okay so far. I wished for a little better coffee (coffee maker) and a little more choice. For example, fried rice or noodle soup.I can recommend this resort to anyone at any time.

If you seek to combine the remoteness and tranquility of the magic island that is Koh Jum with a more luxurious accommodation option then what is most common here - this is it. A new, fresh, modern and exquisite resort with several different lodging options, restaurant, pool and most significantly - a 100% service minded, professional and awesome staff. The Wynn really tops out as one of the best and most comfortable resorts on the island. Highly recommended!
